It's Engineered wood, not Engineering. , U! s/ ]) r) C! Y4 p' R1 c

They ain't much different from each other but I'd go with Engineered wood because it's more durable and resilient to heat and moisture. Solid hardwood gives you no competitive advantages except the rare "holy fuck it's milled from solid lumber" impression. / n2 T) y: a1 l0 D1 t: I* S, n7 z
) T! l) v" J: s+ KIf you house is crappy like mine or if you're just flipping it for sale you should also consider laminate. Yes it does look cheap but 69 cents per sq ft makes Wood Jesus cry. |
