CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
1 ?+ O" [, h( B! b" A-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
% |. k9 T8 {5 g/ x6 U7 M9 ]-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
0 F  C$ y. M7 b* j-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
! R: z8 ~7 K1 d$ {5 W* _-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

  W) k' e: q  z6 l7 IRequirements:
' |9 R9 f7 e3 \& ]* g  L-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.

-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
/ Y- G! P' w! w( g' t, Y' L-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
& b  d1 @9 b/ d( v: I) L5 `-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
