Responsibilities

Developing, planning, and implementing projects by coordinating in-depth with our clients and internal staff

1. Answer general email and phone inquiries with professional manner
" f. B) D/ U% z6 ~+ O8 T2. Quickly identify client needs, develop and market potential projects
1 ]+ e& `. p- @( b7 T _3. Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems
7 S8 k( D) ~5 P! q" e( J4. Keep track of project activities, update project timeline.
. C @: s6 [* h5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
% k$ s( Y0 n# U3 ^4 s4 |6. Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents

2. University degree or college diploma
+ k K7 P$ @- @% H0 M* V" ~/ V/ ?3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset
/ F9 l: w! E y0 H: Q% M o [4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines- E! N" J( }) ~8 b: I
5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details
. h1 w- D& B, K I* V! d# v) `6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner
2 }+ H# f3 V! E7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control% M" [; L4 \+ A7 W& O/ x
8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)8 r' i! _7 \' w0 P
9. Proficient in Mandarin and English is a strong asset( R7 p/ T J+ j; ? O
10. Salary will be commensurate with experience
