% Y" f# o8 S1 y6 ~/ G' kWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments) K. Y. ], q% r; Z& B
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
, o- E' L& z6 E" ^- \2 c% p/ ]Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines" E% K; ^# {# S3 ]4 X9 h) e& W% h
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
/ M. x1 o( w# J7 w$ HOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
% j! `1 x7 H$ h1 ]! DEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
. }, U% H, X r7 RConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
) k' l4 f, H# i0 O5 @0 SConduct all work within established time standards;
