We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities
( ]% F4 I# Q3 b. X' t% f+ U0 C+ Y% g
+ v' Y5 q& S; G, d+ h; ZCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments, z5 w8 p; D2 y$ z
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies, }" S" Q/ g* a. A! }1 a
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
6 t7 `' x/ d, i- ]4 t6 Y6 z9 ~0 X3 wManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
+ { m w7 d# ~3 v$ iOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
8 K" q F& |/ u) {3 l! G3 o- x O- DEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
, f2 ~; _4 F% t0 z1 pConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;1 h0 \" }+ p; n7 `% }: }
Attention to detail and accuracy;
