The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.9 B# L) }/ o5 X, v1 S8 n3 Q, D

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
8 s- ~1 l6 O2 C# B: t: B8 k* |Write and post advertising for various job vacancies! v9 \" _- f- M% J* k
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
L; p; K" Q( ?9 D1 zManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
7 L; s, T' t* C% t* q, Q; BOversee file management for all LMIA matters;4 X3 D+ R9 i! d
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
6 Q8 ] {# `" h! \- \Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Compensation and Benefits
