We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities
2 k: e' ]% b+ i/ F& x0 U) {# w7 F  f4 p# H

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments" c( @. M3 A( f+ m, _9 E
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
5 g5 M- ~7 M: L' jAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
/ e1 _$ `8 L$ o4 D: w2 MManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
; S1 S' ~6 N. N& ~: O5 _Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
+ ^2 f9 I* [* oEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;$ D- A" P. b* c/ F
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
& _( ~4 I2 f" Y: I* G7 eConduct all work within established time standards;' C+ L& t' o; N  v( u% j

Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;

: ?* n: o) E( x8 SAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;0 c: H+ @8 y6 Q0 J7 S- B3 F- ]
Attention to detail and accuracy;
. U4 |. h9 B5 g4 `Strong organizational and computer skills;
# @* B$ W7 M8 s# G* e7 }Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;

Compensation and Benefits
* C# n# D5 y/ T, t+ [* E
/ V6 ]6 S2 N% q2 LHourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;
; K. H1 T0 `$ j8 `! s* L/ l/ H$ `Benefits package will be offered;  d4 b, {: |) e$ z" F% ~( w0 m
Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
. p" r3 j/ l- T/ j( Z$ q; n$ nRecently graduates are welcome to apply.
