We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.* a+ d) I6 n$ F+ P

Primary Responsibilities

$ M! F, N$ x9 L4 RCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
& ^# H; v" T& Q' u* Z4 d4 s" M; [Write and post advertising for various job vacancies% o5 `+ \- d. W5 g2 b
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
/ ~5 @! K7 s0 S" r: T0 _% fManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
8 W3 H$ c2 ^8 u tOversee file management for all LMIA matters;; R) q! [; K. {' `5 R3 \
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
: g/ ` s) B* x$ c$ R% [Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
