. N- n  _  `; F0 A# Expired/Off Market Listings: 311 (284, 135, 214)
4 R7 `' v8 W0 R; X2 hNet loss/gain in listings this week: 78 (-90, 139, 147)
  T' f; e$ l) m8 L4 f% ~7 g! nActive single family home listings: 3208 (3078, 3145, 3068)

Well that’s a healthy dose of new listings! I’m sure a lot of them are listings that expired last week coming back on the market.
