现在入籍到底是3年还是4年啊？  如果现在是3年，那4年那个规定什么时候开始实施啊 有知道的朋友吗？

3年。新规定听说好像夏天会开始吧。

Citizenship residence requirements

The Citizenship Act requires a person to reside in Canada 3 years (1095 days) in the four (4) years immediately before the date of the application.
