Both of excercises can use dumbbells or barbells as weights. 8-20 reps for more definition purpose, lighter weights; close to 8 reps for strength training and muscle building, heavier weights.0 l- ^4 M& U) u9 C% x( U9 d
0 T5 P/ \+ K, f' R/ V4 Q& c( s! f3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor.% q/ }. Z. S5 Q; I% T1 F
