关于open work permit的问题求助下

我现在是在爱城上学，想帮家人办一个open work permit， 有没有知道具体的过程，去CIC官网看了一下，还是有些疑问的。想问那个健康证明能在加拿大体检吗，还有其他事项希望能找个人具体问下，有懂得请回下帖。谢谢

your spouse or common-law partner may be able to apply for an open work permit—allowing him or her to accept any job with any employer—if you meet these conditions:

you are:

allowed to work in Canada for at least six months,
9 l' T8 i) Z7 r2 I, fdoing work in Canada that meets a minimum skill level (usually work that requires at least a college diploma) and
6 c* t2 {+ s. h; zdoing a job listed in Skill Level 0, A or B in the National Occupational Classification.
