Come back to Canada young fellow. Edmonton summer is amazing with this nice house. Get enough money for down payment, and I will help you with all the financing. It is too hot in most cities or countryside in China, unless you recess at 五大连池，或漠河边上。 Anyway， have fun and a safe summer!

你还别说，这位房东挺有审美，屋前屋后弄得清爽，室内装饰也很有品位。估计房主来爱城15年或以上。我也见过不少有钱的，根本没时间打理生活。就冲这一点，得点赞。
我也打电话给一位资深专家，问此房1.09米值不？她说，No。要在Windermere还可能，不是Callaghan那儿。你懂多少，WONDERFULWORLD？

房子设计的很漂亮，只可惜location 差了些，同楼上所说，在Windermere 的好区，这个设计靠河还真下不来，除非Windermere North, 但设计没这个好，离高速近些
