Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments' Q3 l# g; K( ^' Q, r
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
% F1 Y4 h# }6 [& c _- t% DAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines! S* O1 o' q3 F: s7 u# C
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;8 r& z) N" o4 k+ v4 ^0 ^$ Q
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
& a4 _' z/ C- x. LEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;- E) _% f* M. X; ]
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients. X3 s/ N* f; C: @$ E6 k0 c! e
Conduct all work within established time standards;- [( `! [. Y* n

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Compensation and Benefits
