We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments9 P& m$ L) x3 {4 y
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
p3 X6 ?3 F8 }3 {- f( V9 SAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
" L( @5 S; N& w1 @7 t2 ]# V6 r3 yManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
4 s$ }& d( s1 [9 [% p' t2 r2 TOversee file management for all LMIA matters;7 q9 D& s2 ~$ ~, T7 W0 P0 R/ s
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;5 g: ^3 p& Y* ^, L8 _7 t! n$ f c6 e
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.( @ c8 n8 u2 o8 K$ Q- t$ }& w
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;

Compensation and Benefits
