We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.5 b1 k+ s: K1 p p& s& _0 R ~

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments+ M" }9 K* I( \: q" q
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
( a9 R& Z H" V- w* M% _# `Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
0 Y+ K0 P/ u: O# DManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;1 ^' B* _7 f$ ]* Z
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters; }5 V( m- c: X$ x& C0 d2 H
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;2 S7 n( J8 p" s `+ M
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;7 ]# V$ W! R# w2 J$ \4 [) i
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
