The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
3 K! c$ @5 @- S4 t4 p. |Write and post advertising for various job vacancies0 {: w. l1 o, B! C
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines1 L/ A+ v/ v9 ?/ }
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;6 k" Q4 f% n8 @! R& ^
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
& U; ^' I1 M8 Q# Z, {( c' d& rEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
( y; v6 N) s6 j& g0 XConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.9 B$ K" r& O; {+ A4 N5 L. G
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
