The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments! ~2 B8 `6 \6 T+ `+ {
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
( {+ c$ Y; \4 N6 p2 ]1 HAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines8 j8 k" y: P. \0 R' Q" Q
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
$ o. L7 u/ Y. }* j- O- cOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
- T9 u) Y% ] I2 x# rEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;0 K" D' J3 a5 ]% f1 @9 Y
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
" P2 f$ Y: Z( Y* bConduct all work within established time standards;
