We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.( v. u$ V' D0 F5 X

Primary Responsibilities

. ]0 b9 Z1 F- E* k3 V: XCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments7 a( Z; I5 c" w" Q
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies U) Q: u8 r( ~' z( ` t3 B
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines, v" ~5 V: r9 F$ J4 S% V
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
- x8 E) Z) C8 V6 b; KOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
9 Q: _4 S! ~- T' |* {: GEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;" E: {; l' m6 |! Z# k: ]
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.% z: y _; h7 \; ?+ j
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;

Strong organizational and computer skills;
N" ~( ?4 O5 i5 m) K( bExcellent verbal and written communication skills;
