Hi, I'm looking for a roommate (female only) for a furnished bedroom in a 1 bedroom apartment, $500/month + shared utilities (about $20-30). Deposit is $500.

4 d7 }; P  h2 AThis is a room furnished with table, chair, wardrobe, chest drawer with very big window and big patio at the front. The apartment is very clean.

The room is available at the beginning of September.

- The apartment is right behind Nait. It takes only 3-5 mins walk to Nait.
- The closest bus stops are also 3 mins walk from the apartment.
* l& [2 A8 V' G" S; d1 I1 m- There are lots of buses to many places in the city.
& ?9 q8 D# ]' j+ It takes only 15 mins directly to MacEwan Univ by bus no.8.
/ Y. O: M- ^( X7 Y1 X1 d+ Bus no.130 goes directly to University of Alberta in 27 mins.
0 Q7 ~# F3 l! ^0 C+ Buses no.8 or no.9 can take you to Downtown in 20 mins.
