得先申请Labour market impact assessment. 拿VISITOR VISA的话, 没有那么容易的.

What is an open work permit?

9 k2 D* V. j5 S4 e' mAn open work permit is a work permit that is not job-specific. Because it is not job-specific, you will not need:

an authorization from Employment and Social Development Canada (known as a Labour Market Impact Assessment, or LMIA), or
" O4 ^' m8 E0 t( V5 W* K8 G, s, v" mproof that an employer has submitted the Offer of Employment form, and
- U/ E1 m) W/ J6 m4 jpaid the employer compliance fee to Citizenship and Immigration Canada when you apply for your work permit.
