8月份爱城住宅房平均价比去年同期小幅上涨1%

埃德蒙顿2015年9月2日报道：整个大爱城区的所有住宅平均价格比去年同期增长1%， 但是比上个月下降了0.2%。独立房平均价为$439,829，比上个月增长了0.7%，比去年同期也增长了1%。所有住宅的平均价格为$372,256，比上个月略微下降了0.2%， 比去年同期增长了1%。4 i- f4 I( Z N; {0 s# D/ w
