想问问大家stewart green这个西边的新区怎么样，毕竟相对windermere那边，这边的房价确实便宜点。

If you work in the west, and like shopping in West Edmonton Mall, and there is good school around, why not.

But you buy at your money's worth. When you bought at relatively low price, it is hard to expect it to appreciate. Market is relatively efficient.
