The city of Edmonton evidently thinks Albertans are so enamoured of tax increases now that the NDP is in charge that it has proposed increasing property taxes 4.9% a year for each of the next three years.

很正常吧。当时几个候选人里面，Don的竞选政策就是花钱，并获得选民高票认可的。有个宣传省钱政策的候选人好像得票只有第三还是第四。
