车库天花板发霉怎么办

一年半的新房。刚发现车库的天花板出现一点一点的霉。车库里面有drywall. 四周墙面没有发霉。有几天没有开车库门。不知是不是最近外面太热。发霉的天花板不知要怎么处理。请高手帮忙。谢谢。

看是不是有漏水，如果没有漏水，车库哪儿来的那么大的湿度。

Every time you drive into the garage, remove any possibly seen snow or moisture of your car. It will help.

车带的那点雪不至于引起发霉。估计是二层的管道漏水，引起的。

If u have a nice and insulated wall. The temperature inside the garage may be higher than 0 degree. All the snow  coming with yr car will be melt and the humidity will be pretty higher. That happens to many insulated garages. I opened the hatch at the garage ceiling and vent moisture to outside. At the same time the temperature inside the garage is below zero. It is much better now. Some of our neighbor added an extra heater inside the garage. It helps too.

我之前有过一样的经历。你的builder没有insulate车库上的ceiling。联系builder叫他们来补insulation. 希望你不是和我一家builder。

我的也是两年新。第一年没问题，第二年就出现霉。builder来查了，发现忘了加保温。他们叫insulation company 把发霉的drywall换了。重新喷 pink insulation 就好了。
