大家认为多少钱买入合适？８０亩平地，在Ｌｅｄｕｃ附近。房子很旧需要大量修理。带１个１６０００尺的室内运动场。

个人喜好不一样，感觉从价格和土地面积来说都没什么亮点，距离比较远也许只适合你的情况，转手不容易。我最近看过一个95万地58亩，看图片不气眼去到现场就被迷住了。可惜那是完全享受型的物业不是我所求的。
