DUTIES:

Z! h0 L% K1 w- x" {* Q3 r• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries., v/ [+ d5 L( ^; U. l2 D
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
- H* D5 p0 j" R, }• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible$ \- S. P2 r P% _+ h: n4 \. [, u
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
) C9 R: {/ i/ j# ?1 b( j$ X• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study: M) d- ~" H* k; U
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
# f+ T! |5 `" V+ O8 v0 L& n* d• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers6 a% l8 ~/ t" ]- a; k4 [
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
