DUTIES:

• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.3 Q$ p4 P, R4 o' ~5 ]; X5 a
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.) Z. R* \" N# ^% a' t
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible
( m- a/ b3 S ]; C7 e$ b9 c• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.+ M" ?, V* }0 G, c I& \! t

REQUIREMENTS:

4 y& ?2 z1 J4 j• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role1 @; q% r6 b9 J
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
6 N5 l1 h% Y: B6 n' S! U8 D• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills- I: h8 {9 H; L2 j
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers; P/ o; o6 `2 j7 r
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)6 L: X/ c4 C9 y e; B- M1 g
