DUTIES:

0 n7 W) s% j. R2 C1 V; j. Z• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.- J8 r0 t, Q# W3 o
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.7 \5 y: N0 V, v7 o) U. Y2 M0 V2 t
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
1 D8 x4 Y9 _1 }* O6 G; }$ Z• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
0 O5 f Y; I: }5 h4 l$ q! \- Q5 w* g• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
! g( v/ i/ v# u+ D Y( l, T• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
$ ^) M4 K U3 q9 X; x• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)/ M9 T% I$ i8 U
