这样的房顶要换了吗？

看了一间91年的房，请求各位达人鉴定一下它的Roof(Cedar shakes)是不是该换了；
: f; M/ z. }1 }6 S5 o% V8 L2 i8 T5 k如果需要换的话，这样的房是能够还价的吧？预谢指点。

最好能观察整个屋顶状况，并明确目前可视屋顶缺陷所在。

25年了，如果不是该换了，而且换要花很大的价钱，人家就不卖了。
