Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.5 F6 w. S ^: [/ t# Y

& P0 @& c, q" Y; y# c5 UEssential Duties and Responsibilities:; h& O, B' B4 c1 W7 {; M2 _
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission., H1 A! X) `+ T* y+ G& M+ Z ^$ K
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.- e* F. |6 q/ I& k5 s
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.1 e2 V3 ~ C3 y+ U( e( c0 n9 ]
· Manages report database.! w2 _% b# w- F$ o3 R7 o
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.+ E' Z+ J$ R" ^2 R9 @- E
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.# G* y4 M( P1 R8 U& l$ a' m$ o
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.$ l7 y! R0 Y( l B( W& {6 ]
: n" p; k! H& yCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
