Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.7 x6 C# F5 _4 e* u2 f

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
7 _0 q6 J- t' W( O& K· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
5 W( q8 a6 b& ]+ z& x* T. U· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.7 T/ \( ^6 }2 J
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
1 _2 W) E6 h" B0 m. R· Manages report database.

· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.* T: {, {* z% d9 _
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

( \4 H' G% [$ yKnowledge and Skills:
* }1 q. @+ v4 _5 C2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.9 j$ }/ e, E; u+ y1 s8 o9 l" V3 m$ W
- D4 L: G, y7 k4 H8 ~8 U/ l ECertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.0 c/ v m9 m ^; y- v
1 o2 x5 g" `: NExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
