Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
. f, y; o, v0 ^+ ~1 z" K) O- t· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
6 Z. v: {7 O9 l! R+ Z· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
7 N! Q8 l1 k6 X$ y- V/ x· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.1 L) n' x& \) O4 ^# h+ [
· Manages report database.
! m1 x" {$ O% ~: a7 g2 @5 s+ e· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.* { r- c) D: F1 _; l
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.
$ \1 Y1 \- f% N; A+ U, C5 a9 V# M· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

Knowledge and Skills:
7 s' e8 a" ~8 D$ L' ?2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.+ L! d& W+ l6 P4 ~2 L" J
6 e$ q3 N4 [3 a' _Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.( w9 k0 [7 K( }: k s% _: y3 K+ y

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
