Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.6 s8 C* k/ B8 s: E0 ~) [7 C

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: V/ ]+ y; P3 ]; T( X e2 \8 c
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.8 d+ l4 _" R8 t t5 E
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
& q0 ~4 f6 ^+ `. O/ c· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
* e4 l, U. q' b8 j. d3 W· Manages report database.
4 B) ]. ]5 d u· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset./ ?2 F1 ^' I# E, r- T P
- {, p0 a* s- l6 S. S0 P6 Z, t1 nCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.) E6 V+ Y0 V3 [- b6 ?! E

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
