" n! j4 `+ f1 J! C! FProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.3 H- W9 e2 n1 D8 U$ [4 Q

3 I' u1 n/ f4 T4 m" jEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
l+ } c0 @ H5 K· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
- B9 |; L3 T4 Y8 k& b· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
9 \) n" |; ^; N- _+ g· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
4 Z3 @' p s2 R. Y· Manages report database.
* }! Y$ o2 ^( O* X/ ?9 p6 F, r· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.& h6 d5 S8 A) d7 k2 Q( g
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.2 t" f# A+ ^. D, f' [; w& J3 C
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

Knowledge and Skills:
; i) P; U4 n" X& E, L2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.+ C( T) P2 ~+ s* i7 K9 O$ H
$ S3 }' k. u) Q" b0 J5 W* zCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.3 w0 ]; C5 R; k2 q/ `6 v# \
& ^) I0 Q/ k+ W. x& z; y1 L7 n, sExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
