! }( y& ^4 W+ m, C8 `Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.- [7 I* s w! D. F- ?$ }5 r

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
/ X# Z* n N4 G2 d" _7 l· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
) K' g) x, ?7 v) U· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.& T$ X( v5 ]: b, @
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.3 h _! e0 I' x+ r' o, [' [
· Manages report database.
9 ]6 Y# B4 O2 I2 i$ }· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
+ v. G' ^5 v% @· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

6 ?8 g; T g5 C. M2 w0 f5 n2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset./ D2 A& o$ q5 b

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.; X8 P9 }+ z) i0 k# o
