请教各位大师：我的三星牌冰箱，门上制冰块和冰水的触摸屏的信息开关不能正常工作，不能反映正常信息。

My fridge has the same issue. My husband took all the food out, shut the power for about 24 hours and let the fridge de-frost for about 24 hours.
