• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.6 N' Y ]) B3 {7 k
• Post advertisement
/ z- N, o' m+ y1 T. W• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
" f# e8 h7 x) x( ]) p0 C• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
( o/ q: q3 E* X4 f2 K% C1 \• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.

0 b4 A" v% S# G7 S• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
- U" b! b) m( A% g! @• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

$ L$ G4 i/ w, @8 Z, {• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases). T" n# a( T! C- w i
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.* W7 V# @( J; c7 u) e
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.9 `( w8 x' m8 S& {) w
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community., \* X9 w9 Y$ E% U: T1 H

Required Skills & Abilities:
$ c& V# M% w1 g. S" D• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset# w. K4 I, I0 v
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred7 _, a/ h2 O. h. A
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)$ S' X. ?0 g( | P9 I3 y
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills D5 m' j8 l% D! t) d' i
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
