• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
$ G0 i# s! z- d/ u• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.

• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
; y" Y8 I, ?' d& u• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents." U5 P0 d( w* T
• Perform route inspections as required.
6 r1 T8 p) d8 _• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).: v" x# H% o# B0 }1 H! d- `" y
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.

• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

Required Skills & Abilities:
4 B7 s. M I9 \• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
|* j- ^/ K0 w# b( @• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred* ^, M! e: _$ p# K. m
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
( ^# Y8 x9 n1 x+ K" G5 Z1 i5 {* y• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
8 Q1 s! n' f0 T8 w• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
* D4 e/ L: ?# e3 c v• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license/ v9 R5 }# h( L( _/ v
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
