• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
2 ^3 p. {' @6 C' `• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
/ Z3 i4 V: R4 A, p8 t+ q' Q• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
5 k) c7 a, E3 T9 H( A/ h• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
u) |6 r" u' _# I; _• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.( J1 j3 \" E" ~& X0 B
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
3 [" j+ [2 F, E• Perform route inspections as required.
5 }& R+ t' V$ C/ R! y• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
7 K9 m' {+ S7 ~. B: q" _$ v• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.7 p& G( W, k! R( G6 ]' J. h
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.; h& j; S; B9 L9 K; E8 J2 D
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

$ _, C- f1 @: N) ?8 y# w• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
! U8 ]- \5 @ R! [9 i4 j• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
; D3 V, Y3 w$ [$ y9 s+ h; B& r• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)7 K: B! u/ A1 B" `3 d! m; s' M
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
5 `+ I h0 y: V% D3 v" S• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
; R# U9 S! }4 n/ N, D• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license( X9 G/ B9 c* y2 x2 o
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
, d h+ }9 r6 e' f, T• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required

• Must possess a sensational customer service philosophy
