Key Responsibilities:
: i" H! J+ m; C& s) @* y6 ]+ N% c• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
" c! \, k/ w, Q• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.1 k: b3 c3 h* |3 ]) v
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
" ]. i( {! \, z• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
/ M- z5 x \) G• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.7 e' D5 W5 D9 ^0 D' {5 S% z! G
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
" b R# p( `$ F$ N3 I' R; r• Perform route inspections as required.
) @$ l; j5 c1 n+ h# i: X D( p• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
6 s) v7 W' [4 Z• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
( @. |+ C5 r4 m+ X# Z! l6 D% a• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.8 _0 Z6 n; _' v5 Y
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

+ I: A& W- ]+ t' |" k, {1 Z( U• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset8 [' `& W* d* _. L
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
1 c: \9 K5 l- p. f6 J! S7 F m• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
