• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.
" \, T# D4 s+ n4 Q; X• Post advertisement$ m: X; J1 O3 b& t
• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
7 @* m6 h0 O$ `4 a: n/ H) Q' \• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.% C" h5 g" F& b) m8 a
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.% h6 Y) U: g- Z+ u7 H6 r# l
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.( F; J# n7 N3 T( _( Y* E& `
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
6 r+ [0 D3 Q$ v( g0 _• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
. r3 H+ R% Y( r S+ D$ X- J3 V• Perform route inspections as required.
' g" z; R; P+ W6 @& O• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).5 {- ?6 Z4 t& U" F' X
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
4 ?: ~ f8 A) m1 a% c• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

$ h6 k; E& v; q• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
2 c, J' w% L; j P1 n• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
+ f1 {: U" ]9 L ^; o: v. i7 G0 T8 O• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook): c' p+ t. v5 C( N
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills! k9 x. x7 ?! K1 _3 ?! j& \% x
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal* O# q2 m5 \- I3 o/ n7 |3 |6 T' o+ F
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required9 ^+ _; D9 D: y# H( ?+ [/ M) W" V
• Security clearance required upon offer of employment- |- J9 y4 {' P& ?/ G
