“七月份的销售量有着明显的下降， 五月和六月仍然为一年之中最为繁忙的月份，每年我们都能看到销售量在七八月份有所减缓，而在九月份又有所上升”埃德蒙顿房地产经纪人协会主席Steve Sedgwick说到“销售速度与销售量的下降是没有问题的， 积极地一面是，充足的房源，这将给买家们带来更多的选择”。
