1 M# t# O5 I/ W/ n埃德蒙顿8月3日报道：所有住宅的平均售价为$384,504持续保持强劲，比上一个月上升了2%，比去年上升了3%。独立屋平均价格为$450,366比上一个月和去年都上升了3%。公寓因为六月份一些豪华户型的销售，七月份的平均价格回落到$257,482，比上一个月下降了2%，与去年持平。双拼/联排的平均价格为$348,050，比去年下降了2%，比上一个月下降1%。# l5 r0 I7 R. V( P; f# z% e
