Job Description:

) n7 n: ]7 V# P# W7 s/ k, LPlan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
5 x) O( q3 _- ]/ L" J$ ^, {Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
% U+ ]+ \2 _& ]Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
8 B, K2 u5 ]" V) j4 u$ oArrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
, [: ]7 K4 Y& \5 R! PGive prepared plates the “final touch”
6 c: K& I6 g! T, |) A1 V- b) zPerform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Capable of delegating multiple tasks

Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
