2 L# Z5 p& C- B7 ?7 _% E1 x! y2 IModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
2 v' k$ k. e1 G3 `Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
. W1 Y) J$ G( H% R" HSupervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
8 K  ~+ D% ^2 P# d) a/ VRecruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
( t# q0 U2 x5 k2 D& j3 w* LGive prepared plates the “final touch”
1 H" {& C; I- f4 [6 e6 _9 \Perform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

: l( l% ~9 @" `& ZWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
