$ A5 I0 x0 ?8 }" FPlan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
& D5 y6 O- N/ F6 fEstimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
Give prepared plates the “final touch”
5 o6 H$ ^) [7 `" j2 F( {1 ]Perform administrative duties
/ @; z+ `4 Y4 u) sComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
+ {! k9 |0 @" p$ P: e7 GKeep time and payroll records
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Proven working experience as a head chef

Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
