Only speculators and people working in oil industry like see oil price jumping to $100 per barrel. Other people like to see economy slow down a little bit.

上次油价十几美元一桶,只是不上新项目而已,原有的厂子还要继续运转。这次是预计未来10年投资1000亿元,很多人都是冲这个来的,如果油价下跌到一定水平,肯定有大把人失业,然后出现人员外流情况。
