个人的experience，CIBC还是很不错的，有问题都给及时有效解决。有时候还要看你自己会不会和customer service沟通

cibc是五大银行里最垃圾的,没有之一。曾经有房贷在那里, 每两周自动从支票账户扣除的那种, 钱扣掉了,贷款总额却一分钱没减少,连续两个月,发现后去找,差点被玩死,踢来踢去,就是不解决问题, 整的我们家一年没消停,差点就得精神病了。珍爱生命,请远离CIBC.

本人也有不好的经历在CIBC房贷，售房处指定他，态度很是蛮横，后来我一气之下就换到别的银行了。两年了，现在想到这事，还隐隐作痛。
