. _* x5 k4 C6 M6 S& `& t埃德蒙顿11月2日报道：10月份埃德蒙对房市依旧保持稳定。住宅房的销售量与上月相比几乎持平，但比去年上升了5.5%。独立屋销售量比去年同期增加了7.1%，公寓比去年下降了3.9%，双拼/联排比去年上升了17.4%。

- e  ~, f4 q9 }) X# ]3 E “埃德蒙顿房产市场依然保持稳定，10月份较去年同期销量增加，价格持平。” 埃德蒙顿房地产经纪人协会主席Steve Sedgwick说到。“随着较冷季节的到来，我们通常会看到市场的步调放慢，但通过上个月的现象，我们很欣慰得看到在深秋来临时，依然有比较强劲的销售量。”

* M# N% ?, o# g% y: d3 P/ O, S1 C% }10月份，大爱城区独立屋平均价格为$423,755，比上一个月下降了1.6%，比去年下降了1.75%。公寓的平均价格为$251,365，比上一个月下降了2.3%，比去年上升了0.5%。双拼/联排比上一个月下降了7.7%，比去年下降了6.9%。但是10月份所有住宅的平均售价与上一个月几乎不变，只比去年下降了0.64%。

- ~, K5 }1 ^' z( z: @! w“我们可以看到买家们对于阿尔伯塔省经济的信心，从而直至2016年底，我们市场依然坚挺。” Sedgwick说到，“所有住宅的销量比去年下降了6%，但我们的价格依然保持稳定” 。

10月份，埃德蒙顿共有1265套房屋出售。所有住宅的平均上市天数的有所增加，与往常一样，为61天，独立屋平均57天售出，比9月份多3天。公寓为65天，与上一个月不变。双拼/联排与9月份的60天增加了1周，为67天。

10月新房上市量为2147套，比去年的2272套有所减少。由于去年10月份销量的增加，报告中的销售率从53%到59%，显示了市场的平衡性。
