We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
. g3 n7 @, u4 u5 C5 l% b• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.) 6 s& {7 A) U8 E7 ^1 b
• Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
& {2 H7 }( A& D• Prepare financial statements 1 K6 ^, }- w1 R" k% W8 F {3 J
• Prepare corporate tax returns 8 M( d/ {; \9 [' s/ N" t5 E6 s
• File GST returns 7 w ]$ p8 J* f9 ^
• Process payroll+ Y9 Y0 ]0 f% H* |: G' h! I" A: u5 f; v
• File T4/T5 returns ( c) o& |; T6 H. Z8 y
• Prepare personal tax returns

4 u# B, A* L0 x- F4 U0 O* gThe position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel. % s# ]& |+ o, Z' [9 V: h: j

Consideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.
