Job Duties

: e7 E/ t. \5 T& v+ S  y-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
6 E; l- v2 w7 z6 x; }& a-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
. `( F9 b3 `) x4 t( y5 }0 F-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
& }/ g9 H# Q( a& `3 N-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
6 E, m* Z' `3 D6 U$ s, f# r( P-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
, V5 Y/ K4 |- m2 Y-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
