Job Duties
  J0 B/ M, r! V1 k% x
-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
7 ^( v0 a1 C! T& ~; t# }  Z. C-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
* m1 h, I, C; g-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
7 d/ I" m% u/ I/ s% Z) ]-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
' Q, q; q! f9 k-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
