1 Q# S1 O. D  p& V+ C. nJob Duties

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
0 S3 w) M( l; m-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
; {+ Z6 C, d) v# M  }& A! S-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
4 ?' n4 ?$ K; ?% F; y7 d-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
# f, B# p+ q- }6 R, @. m5 I2 L3 M-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
