GE Profile 冰箱温度不够

从昨天开始冷冻的温度总是在35F(2C)，冷藏温度总是在44F(6C)。
控制面板设置温度后，不管用。听到压缩机启动的声音，几秒钟后就停止。

谁知道是可能哪里出问题？
请推荐修冰箱的师傅。

我冰箱冷冻室如果塞得太满就会冻不住

How about subzero? freezer works fine, there is problem with the refrigerator, no air suction, no temperature drops down. Thx
