Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.

2 P, l* n* t% p% T: g# O- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
- Supervise kitchen staff
& m+ \0 X! r5 Q- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
6 D  L) X* z+ I5 Z* r' \- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
- Work night shifts, as necessary

3 m/ n% q) ]  J: u+ }- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
' m+ K6 j( B( B" L' k/ y) E2 C- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
- Good proficiency in English.

Working hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
8 n2 ~! N& b% \& VWorking schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
$ i& Q; t- j% {) j" p1 KSalary: $160.00 per day. After 3 months of employment, medical, dental, disability and pension plan benefits will be available.
