SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

* ], e6 R7 @& a7 ^- ]• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
1 Q/ v  T+ Y7 ?' G& D2 m6 h   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
8 [4 o+ I* c( n3 B   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
* j2 G& Y1 n4 m' ?   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
1 [9 a. m2 k8 Y9 g0 B7 F   o Sun Solaris operating systems
" h8 x0 O6 i$ z( `- ]" T   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
9 Q3 n! m4 @4 D2 D• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
/ X/ I" e& W7 \0 g9 X0 u& ?+ zSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

) c- x3 ]% `' {, v* e: f8 H. `SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

& U! {4 c8 l$ {4 x7 m• Ability to work in a team environment
" B" K: T6 x% ~: }• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy

+ Z# Z, S# g9 s5 z9 G7 j" y   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)

* U; x# J. @7 Z) F7 M, {   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

9 u0 I# ]; Y6 z$ a) V• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
# e: _  R3 T* S; P% v6 [1 D! k3 P• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
