SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
/ s+ [* U% u/ `   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
4 G3 E) A; d7 ~' S4 j! `: z! z: b   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
( D  _5 j" k+ S1 ^! B* m   o Linux based operating systems
% V! |! H6 t5 e0 q5 g% p% u3 l! Y8 l* j   o Sun Solaris operating systems
* g, F' A" Q8 W. g+ V0 i9 A   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
' ?! ~8 k% H6 C2 O, N/ ?• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

; y# ]. b- ?) K• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
  }6 l1 Z5 K3 ^% n  |: W! cSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

* T3 F+ }$ Y% N% F- H3 SSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:

, `3 D9 b$ a5 n7 B2 S, g0 ~1 ^; ?   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
! p; P/ `( Q: h9 I   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)

   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
" Z) I6 E, x& R) v! f" z   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
" ~* M! n5 V, e1 Q; C. u; ?• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
7 `( w. j  `+ V# v• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
( X8 d1 o; m& Z6 K+ U; r• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
  p7 C, j6 A$ D! O( C: f/ n• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
9 L" \# V6 H' m2 ?• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
