SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

# w$ o; F7 a3 Q! {9 D3 w- p• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
3 |! i, q% C8 g* R8 t/ n   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
* O3 K% k% [# j1 p1 d. [- Z: P   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
0 u6 Q2 c1 N7 Y( v2 p' _! k! x& |5 D   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
1 H% |. M4 k6 F: p/ U. Z   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
% Y2 c+ w" F, W# U5 Q! |! i8 h• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
; A" R, g3 i8 ?) h" a9 I' gSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
/ ^5 q8 Z7 A- v/ j* @• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
* @$ \( H6 T* }$ ^# \* u   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
) K) g1 @# G: B! ?. G   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
5 U0 v0 i( w, E) w+ q; i   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
( ^" Z3 R! [) o- C' A8 `   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
! u6 C7 i! b7 k0 s• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
" C) n# j1 C0 z0 y, @• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
5 |( `3 x- d3 w* W• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
; i0 [2 L3 x1 O7 A* `( h7 N• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
