• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows2 A* V1 v5 P6 a$ D0 _
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
; A" R, g3 i8 ?) h" a9 I' gSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience( H$ s, ^: G2 \3 W6 W5 C: W5 L
• Excellent written and verbal skills

o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects
