! \8 c. w4 ^$ z/ |• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
9 h: \' @1 H0 d, ~! b9 j. H7 R: w   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
# V7 `: Z: h& b   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003

2 C! d) v: b0 y4 B: c5 m: g   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
* L  Z( Z: O8 m1 W& H! j   o Linux based operating systems
4 B9 H% E- r( h- K# K1 q" c   o Sun Solaris operating systems
! ~3 R1 K- M( J2 l   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
/ b3 P, \0 p' V1 j: {7 `& j" E: T7 g• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
! G8 O. A/ @. D6 Yplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
. J8 K( {* T$ t" k8 H) B• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
3 q4 T' I. x) k, J# {5 v* s5 C. G. G• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
5 d; ]+ l+ {" `8 t, ?1 Y& o• Excellent written and verbal skills
3 r" @3 x( X) q* u8 j& b• Ability to work in a team environment
+ |( I  A7 T* \7 D5 P• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
6 r4 p6 K+ M: p7 c• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
  @0 F! u. q. p: |) ~4 O8 B   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
2 q2 m0 ?, @5 d, t   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
2 \. L& A$ k3 N  e& A& u   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge

% t8 w: k% [5 d, Q3 w1 w• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
7 ^' l4 H1 j% V• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
) a7 H; O5 h9 r/ J! `) e) K• Have 4+ years of network design experience
8 p! j1 P7 n: Q8 F5 u3 [• Have led medium to large sized projects
! M8 X$ c) \7 A  G" ]7 A, W• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
