6 g6 q. {# S# _8 q0 W7 {SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

( q' x3 Y  n( eRESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
8 s" G, \8 y3 R7 e   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
- p  A- J% C" i7 U* F( N0 P! a$ [   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
5 d0 F$ y! S% X% y+ j; ]: K6 R* n   o Microsoft Operations Manager
* k9 O+ a& z* ~   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
' x+ h# {, B- T4 [, l   o Sun Solaris operating systems
6 @% T& B: H; X   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
7 S! p8 G$ b# ]# U& B• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
" f8 }! d% t/ g( k! q& B• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

! D9 v9 p/ v& N. p/ o/ \SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

! y( O- L$ D( l9 Q5 C( E   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
- ?9 R' a  _; b; Z* }• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
! R* _) x5 O- B# `0 k3 Q% e• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
$ `0 a5 J/ h! K- z% ^• Have 4+ years of network design experience

• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
