  ^! l7 h$ o9 w) T, Y• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
• showing the new house and company property;
( L/ h3 R% P7 E9 q/ C  |• Organizing mail;
0 d6 l: a4 H* ^0 P; O8 z• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
; K- C2 K8 Z. d  R. j+ q9 l• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
4 t; ^, B4 S" J• Other duties as required;
• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
