As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsibilities for:
• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
• showing the new house and company property;

• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
/ }0 w, }5 u( I• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
• Other duties as required;
- v7 s* l$ L( o5 E* q- l• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;

- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
