The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
/ R$ o0 b0 P `0 X. ]- z• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing Windows-based business applications
" ~; M$ f* Y4 J• One or more years’ experience working with .NET framework
8 o! E0 H9 O8 L" g7 H& u# c• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
3 y0 X/ n0 i( i1 z0 X0 l• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle% ]. G6 c3 d; }4 l- E4 e
• Knowledge of software design and testing methodologies
4 g. i" e; v' y) W7 p• Experience with translating and documenting user requirements
( p" w* i9 z {1 S( t, _3 x' e• Ability to work independently and in a team environment) G( K2 q) r; r8 b

These additional qualifications would be an asset:
, E- y6 _: `9 F• University degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a Computer Diploma from a registered technical school/ m) W+ C, z; l8 s6 L( u' Y
• Experience designing effective graphical user interfaces) `7 b# R0 v4 f, i! G4 Q! T
• Experience with code-reuse strategies with multiple developers
# Q) A1 k0 @. L" b: D% [- l. T" E• Experience with interfacing with hardware$ V Y. U+ U7 i& }$ O
• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services
5 L' {; V' W9 x- Q" [• Experience porting legacy applications to .NET
& `. `8 L2 v( [: ?• Experience developing rich web applications# N: I8 S) t1 H. W7 N0 C2 N8 Y
• Industrial experience in a lab or plant environment; L5 v) X% f- H% a( C$ }: m
• Strong verbal and written skills in a language other than English, preferably Spanish or French( z2 c$ z5 o! A" r( G
