3. Fluent English Speaking/communication and Writing

4. Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.

) d+ n: S# B- \9 F5 R5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

1. Check order Accuracy in time manner

2. Order Acknowledge by email

3. Order Checking according to guideline
% q& h: d) C. F, b/ K: n
4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
+ z$ T% u, ]0 P( J+ f
5. Send orders to warehouse
' @9 S- x) S2 X0 h# o' t
& i# ?( l* ^9 P5 N9 w, s4 m8 {8 s& ]6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

7. Follow up and report about order status
& ^- a7 Y: x- H! H, m
# ~$ a. K5 N! P8. Inventory Arrangement
+ h. X& T  v+ n, @! M
. U" n! b2 `; }% P9 p9. Respond to customer inquiries and ability to solve problems

10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.

11. High requirement about Excel, needs to assist to run and edit Excel report in efficient manner
