6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

5 M- Z# c% c- [2 H7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

2. Order Acknowledge by email

3. Order Checking according to guideline

4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

( {! D( T, G( u7 k. g. E# K1 z# v6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

7. Follow up and report about order status

9. Respond to customer inquiries and ability to solve problems

/ ]8 s% S3 R- A3 m10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.

11. High requirement about Excel, needs to assist to run and edit Excel report in efficient manner
