! Z8 \7 Z6 }& k* w- k7 S4 R7 Z0 UWe are currently seeking an executive assistant to work closely with the President to provide all administrative and executive support to facilitate the management’s ability to lead company’s growth.

% s3 c$ c& ^$ c( v1 y- a- K( `$ J
- Assist organizing correspondences, documents and information effectively for easy retrieval.
+ M# q0 e% k) W4 M  ?9 |! x- Handling confidential information at high regard of security.
, }+ q. i, o+ T. r8 c8 y0 b  P- Coordinate schedules and plans for the president.
- Gradually develop understanding of the Executive’s intentions and logics.
3 l( Y& D+ }1 E$ D' g- Independently manage multiple assignments proactively and meet deadlines.
- Perform other work-related tasks if needed.

Job Requirements:
- Well-rounded blend of work experience and personality in a professional environment.
9 \% H" p! Q. [2 Q+ _% o- Previous experience in kitchen cabinet industry is a strong asset.
8 q: e* N! n3 X2 n( x- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
+ Q% t+ V5 B2 n- Outstanding computer literacy. Even better being tech-savvy.
, q$ U% Z) _0 C2 V6 F$ P- Previous drafting experience is a strong asset.
