Responsibilities and Duties

3 O) ~$ k2 Z/ \. D- e6 _- Greeting customers and introducing our Japanese products

( f  @4 X5 E2 F# p; `9 [- Resolving customer issues effectively
- \) {- x' g4 L. n/ E) p5 v. c
' X3 ]+ X% p! F9 p7 v# q: M- Perform POS (point of sales transactions) quickly and accurately

! s8 X& H. N; {* w! @- I" N& E- Receiving shipment, replenishment of stocks

- Ensure our store is visually appealing at all times

% z- O1 z& H) [6 j0 wQualifications and Skills

: O! j2 \; n$ _+ q* D7 ]& W2 F2 [- Able to effectively communicate in verbal English, second language is a plus

- Excellent customer service and sales skills

- Motivated, upbeat and positive individual
