Your children are 12 years of age or younger and are not yet attending Grade 7.

低收入有一个数目。今天早晨听 cbc ，两个女士都有不错的工作，也可以领。我觉着我们对政府定义的低收入还把握不准。

; V5 P" E3 a# Y) a0 `) J9 {. u不过如果年薪十几万以上的，肯定没有必要申请

查了一下： net income of less than $42,255 per year
