2。No more passengers than seat belts. 7 {2 J" y2 B; Z1 _3 ^
3。Fewer demerit points (8) are allowed than for fully licensed drivers (15). + K2 c+ a9 P! e3 H2 Y
4。Have a zero alcohol level.
