- h* V5 V6 S6 G, r$ }; ^1. 是不是只能邮寄啊，不能网上提交吧？
: A+ t, M4 n$ p; g2. 如果一家三个人 是不是可以都放一个大信封里面一起寄啊。 还是要分开寄去啊。

如果是加急申请更换pr 卡，可以网上递交
* C3 ?& _# L' w+ RYou require urgent processing of your renewal/replacement Permanent Resident card. To be eligible for urgent processing, you must provide:
/ {, [2 x! |# h4 l. N" H9 M. sproof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that shows your full name, destination and travel dates;
% e/ d( n! ~& j+ Xproof of payment for the travel that shows the date you paid, the full amount you paid, and how you paid;
+ S; \& _: C* E  O  Ba letter explaining the reason for the urgency; and
proof of the urgency (e.g. a doctor’s note, death certificate, or letter from your employer).
