请教renew pr 卡邮寄问题

最近需要renew pr 卡，咨询几个问题

1 L0 o( N1 f5 |+ l  z' s1. 是不是只能邮寄啊，不能网上提交吧？
2. 如果一家三个人 是不是可以都放一个大信封里面一起寄啊。 还是要分开寄去啊。

如果是加急申请更换pr 卡，可以网上递交
You require urgent processing of your renewal/replacement Permanent Resident card. To be eligible for urgent processing, you must provide:
# u) Y1 V  Z9 v4 k4 lproof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that shows your full name, destination and travel dates;
/ I/ Y# ^9 M2 e# ?% Hproof of payment for the travel that shows the date you paid, the full amount you paid, and how you paid;
1 A2 I  Y3 R5 d# N! I2 ~8 Y9 za letter explaining the reason for the urgency; and
6 l% t* ?. O. `) y0 jproof of the urgency (e.g. a doctor’s note, death certificate, or letter from your employer).

: P# b6 C* J& h/ l9 g2. 我平常周末在邮局帮忙，对此比较了解。如果你用 express post 大信封，可以把材料分装到小信封里面，上面写上各个申请人的名字，然后把这些信封塞进这个大信封里面。
