6 M5 R  ~6 f" L5 ]! f7 w- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales

- Organize and distribute staff schedules

- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..

- Opening and closing procedures
& W6 y6 f1 }" ~& S( M
- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

" O1 t% b9 F3 H; G- Set up floor and window displays

3 L: O5 k: t& z- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

- Perform all duties assigned by Store Manager

- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

- Prior experience is a plus

- Able to read Japanese is a plus
