- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales
; a8 H8 N5 m$ X. F; K3 b! M! @
' m% W5 O: {0 \- Organize and distribute staff schedules

- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..
& k# ^* c6 h8 q% x! b, X5 A
- Opening and closing procedures

; p! S8 g/ Y" b- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

- i6 u% F# C6 m3 M) y- Set up floor and window displays

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

- Perform all duties assigned by Store Manager

8 K0 C& f8 g' S' J4 Q- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

- Must be able to multi-task

" n* H3 W# s/ V% ^3 `3 `/ d- Able to read Japanese is a plus

Job Type: Full-time (35 hours minimum)
