•        2 tbsp (25 mL) Liquid honey
% F, q/ I( e3 U6 [$ {. i5 l8 }•        1 tsp (5 mL) Ground ginger
; X4 T6 |' {4 z% S! X2 E•        1 Clove garlic, minced% H4 J' B0 o  ^1 u
•        Pinch pepper
) |" a: {2 o  \& C; A( [& @+ }•        4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 i+ v) J$ `% N& C& V/ I•        4 Pineapple slices
& d* @' `! Q' D$ g* \& ~8 ?. R( u, O

Preparation' S( ?- [3 h% e: X! r

+ p* F7 V* T1 G1 l2 V: yIn bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper; add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.
% {1 p, j" A% H6 n6 f2 Z. T& r4 E5 }
Reserving marinade, arrange chicken and pineapple in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with marinade; broil for about 4 minutes per side or until chicken is golden and no longer pink inside. Serve topped with pineapple.
