"It will keep physicians hopefully in this province. It will hopefully attract more physicians to this province and therefore has the potential to improve care," Dr. Gerry Kiefer said at a news conference Saturday. ! I K1 J2 `+ y! P$ V

"But to say that any fiscal agreement is going to improve that care would be making a huge assumption."
