9 Z$ T1 Y `! n! H+ C% @% mAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

2 D- b0 U- l* Q# K% B9 Q- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. 1 E* A i/ p' s: Y3 I
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
2 H( \) L0 \: [- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators.
) K4 F; _+ L& n7 d: j9 B3 Y- t- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. * p( m: e3 P2 D
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence. 8 r, z) Z% U4 c3 L$ R
- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).

- Previous supervisory experience

- A minimum of grade 12 diploma ! {6 {* I+ y- L, g/ @; a
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills 6 E' q9 Y, I$ X; B
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations ! E1 j, T, b, `* ?( `; M% @2 k
- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.
