•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
* W+ ?: l- H5 ~5 V•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
" |+ I( F& t! `7 D' q* ]•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials
/ r; l' s& d$ x6 n/ Q- T1 L•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
. o0 d, c- J+ y$ V' L, U/ c•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
: j1 A0 E. Q% D- e! g•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
7 ]  I2 m& z/ M$ r•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
! X8 t& _* F6 a. ^- c/ g! L" p•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
" o! t( s' Y/ C2 z4 d•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
0 w" S# H8 P, o( l) x•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
