Your Key Responsibilities
9 r4 r; r+ w; g•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches." J. B# u. J& d6 C0 o7 Q& P
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.& b" D' Y9 A# A
•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.) ^/ T# v s3 ^! I
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
! t! e, I \5 h/ V0 U _& ]7 @•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.8 k6 c' J& g3 H6 Z
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

$ i5 k! M! x+ k- ] I3 E•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.7 T0 {# s! W5 ?( e* v
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.0 }" _; V( ~+ `2 f% c) ?; L
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).5 G2 S i" J. K. o/ ?+ o3 i
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
& M H: E7 t& h$ D•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
& `. f, E! O9 |( x* d* b' j: P•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
# h" S8 K- }' Z8 \' @( E: Q+ i•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.

& ?" B2 k" ^* q( i6 K* M: pPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field. 0 S" I- k; A7 \: A, v) D1 K
% O% v" H+ v# G% c N2+ years network related experience.4 t# u/ q% x# L9 `8 r9 q
