4 r& P& |/ _" a; i& |- W•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
# i2 n! y" u' |" ^1 z•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
1 w; M4 ]8 V1 i- ]' \•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
% H, r/ O% B5 b1 S•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
9 ~0 f, t7 Y. n•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

; M1 K% N2 ]# f9 g3 q•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
6 g0 S6 a& M% N; b/ }' L+ ^0 F•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
* h' h+ w4 x. ^( P4 j•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
0 o& o9 F/ ~# d•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
6 @# n6 @- L! s' d6 s: ^3 s0 Z8 w•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
6 R* h3 C* E0 B
2+ years network related experience.
