Your Key Responsibilities
0 A+ y. s% Z3 M1 Q; S7 T•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
# S  \2 x: D+ D& B7 A1 U•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
  ~/ v; t7 s2 `( m•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
/ A& f; {. |! ~- y•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

% I& q9 S/ i% c1 M. u% HYour Capabilities and Credentials
+ S5 l( R: Z' B. f•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
1 X0 E7 L& G& R% J•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
8 {! [" G, |; T- Y$ X  H4 n•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
. a! N, `1 k# d•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
- O' \2 f# Z2 m( D4 a•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
/ T7 S' L; _" G- M- l5 k% |) H•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
" ~7 R3 \5 l7 ~5 V, A  @Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
