$ r( k/ U% U& ~9 @9 E# \! z, J•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
2 D% l3 e1 J5 o( {9 G6 X' o•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
$ \: R1 I/ X7 o! C, `7 k•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
* K+ t) D9 l# u•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

Qualifications

; V4 k2 n8 x! {2 m3 {, A/ U! oYour Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
  U. H3 {9 p( a& Y/ r# h; p•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
" y6 W7 P( }  L6 [, a•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
, a6 T" r3 U; y' S% C3 J9 N4 y) Z•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
. h9 {  `4 [0 m; h% R! B•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
% g7 u5 M, w" ]Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
