- Check order Accuracy in time manner& `* T# @! w1 Z( i$ S$ u
- Order Acknowledge by email
2 l  p: z  E6 y2 }) v- Order Checking according to guideline) n# W) q8 `4 S1 G  U) _
- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
, Y1 i) D# @& o" L# ^7 m" F3 L- Charge Credit Card to approve payment
& n+ `- F7 i* o1 [2 a) c- Send orders to warehouse to process
% J8 y$ M2 |! O3 N! j- J, M4 r6 _- M- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage

- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.

! Z0 O$ d9 r* |! `- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.$ A: V$ D2 C  q( y
- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal; W; V9 p: r/ ~1 {
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters ' F# y9 T; S' A) _$ S
- Point of contact with Factory in China
! Y9 P8 B& {8 B2 C3 ?; S" F- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
+ }5 h+ q, k" q7 W9 P1 J1 W- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage5 N# J$ C  B$ K+ o, R. R' a
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative% C5 X$ q; c) ?; a0 E
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. $ k/ X! y5 f8 k) t6 B( s
- EDI accounts related work and others as required

; p3 M6 F+ q% A" r+ L; _- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.. i: ?) Q  a( U
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures! `% j3 Y' h. Z# `
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
3 `1 e* F; `7 M4 V- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.1 k; o. ], i$ \% X( O! T5 c, a
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
9 V3 v9 q# E# T" _! [. a' M0 c- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
+ _) p; O" s' p/ Z4 \2 O- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
* N9 m9 [& [: ?: n- C6 @) [0 C- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
& i# v, p: }  T5 ~- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.8 w9 y1 a$ M2 z) ]3 n0 Y' h5 n' m
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.0 x- ^5 q$ [0 W/ |, _  h
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.+ O0 s2 B! C: u9 u
! h; A, m+ C$ G4 j; E6 S8 T

- Work out Weekly Sales Report  E8 O  H7 l4 A8 C
- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
