- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

- Send orders to warehouse to process

- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal

- Point of contact with Factory in China , `* Z2 p2 [" [- e' s$ B
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
7 y) O: L3 R% f4 E g F5 R0 i- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
& o* O1 @- o6 _+ G- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative5 c+ s' Z8 U9 B3 Q
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation., L2 Y$ ~0 M. i1 e! p% b2 B
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures# C, U& ^0 ?0 {
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
* B! Q7 F" `# Q9 W: Q4 o+ g* w2 l- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
9 S/ M3 M$ q* C3 v) n( `' t8 k- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
+ p- Z( S9 w$ i+ V- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.5 u$ H% n7 U. P
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.3 Y, s1 E* H& t7 A. K: D# N
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.8 `. F, ] r! j) r
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.: l8 z4 q9 l a1 q' P) [
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.# v& b8 l7 n% J# `6 u8 w0 R
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
