- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.* N+ o9 R1 l# v! W
- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
% R1 S0 X! d$ z+ x5 X! W, O7 S' q" Z- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters + }6 B% T- h& h0 }' P
- Point of contact with Factory in China 0 }' b: q1 \$ B
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly ; \4 k2 N- x' P6 d
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
% e% M* d# G* l2 F4 R$ u- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative
- N- M9 R7 e. w b1 {5 q- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
' y9 U1 A6 u. t! i- EDI accounts related work and others as required & L% w7 X o) D; p6 d

0 z9 k% Q5 S# u. \- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
3 r4 [, m w/ F- o- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures; k2 P! s" F% K
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
; f: B1 z3 A" @' M4 w- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
. |. ?1 m% B5 [' m" @- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
! r# V! _# d% c- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
. E# p; _8 C; S3 h: t/ |! J- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
3 P& Q, o2 B: K3 `$ K/ }- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers. z4 L6 \3 ^8 {8 P
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.+ c, L/ ~# ^7 d7 k F
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.

- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
