Essential Responsibilities:( S. ]. ?: P; T% q% R; \$ n

PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.
7 f- f! Q8 `! A9 UConfiguration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.4 O, F1 |; Y5 f. m" f$ U* I2 H
Read and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.
5 z2 h% f _9 P/ v& \ L/ E# X7 ZCollaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.7 b+ q: f9 f2 w6 G% D, \+ `/ ^
Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications8 J8 K. w7 _* O' Z$ o9 ^- D, S
Contribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.0 H% r) [7 J* ~2 a% K; W% ~/ U, |! K
Manage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.! w) U" g8 t- `7 h+ I
Lead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resources for projects as needed
9 h) ?" M$ n: U/ SCommunicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences
: Z; |3 r @/ h7 ^# CProvide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting, and issue resolution
* Y5 H5 K) \! C8 p- AWork with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed6 s3 O* V- ~( r) U. |! ^2 e+ m0 n
Establish, maintain, implement and follow standard practices for programming.7 L3 v) _0 L7 z1 d* f S' F
Execute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)5 w( y* y: q6 E% `+ [
Participate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed
: r! O, v) K9 x6 X5 D* d. k& E( S: FWork with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing1 y0 P" v$ T1 Z% n
Lead internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater business and independently drive to closure
! J# H, {# q3 c) O8 |% M( Z8 pOccasional domestic travel (~15%) for client meetings or customer site visits.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College
. |2 ^. R( y; y- C; S! d+ Q! ITwo to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.4 r# S- Q ~; R1 v, v6 p9 D
Automation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)- A5 @9 l: Y' ~ U& G
Experience interpreting process control documents.+ n& K! `9 `1 f1 |0 m
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities
! W. x9 }' c( nProven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards7 \$ n6 c' b# m0 ~: u; p
Knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies: {/ E5 P3 \3 n5 b- s! g# w& Y0 P" W" L
Valid passport and driver's license.

& a3 q7 s+ i' K2 c6 mStrong knowledge of water/wastewater process: Understand biological processes, disinfection, BOD, coagulation, etc.
' S$ u1 i* ]3 g0 r% j( OMechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.). V0 _- t7 c, Q# x9 t
Electrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment: U4 _3 x8 h! y8 A
Ability to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents
