Essential Responsibilities:# N" b8 H+ U; H6 ~. L, b& c5 z; e

PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.
0 Q& `1 N0 d) V6 ~! aConfiguration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.
. O% \$ |! C' c* N0 e( [5 Z" l' z9 bRead and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.
$ l- m' I9 e$ R! G$ xCollaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.& X. P5 r/ T8 y$ G r8 F0 D
Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications
1 O7 f: n! r8 a, YContribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.1 Q& M, a+ t5 k& A5 l. k+ `: K! V" k
Manage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.8 @. s1 L7 k% t+ m; U/ n
Lead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resources for projects as needed

Provide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting, and issue resolution H( c! L& ]1 d
Work with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed$ I* v: q4 L1 T& ]6 h% r4 ]
Establish, maintain, implement and follow standard practices for programming.
& z& ^+ p+ X2 gExecute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional); \/ Z; T' c4 T% g) R6 u
Participate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed
8 E) h( \) P; TWork with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing% O% w$ D7 C& [- { j
Lead internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater business and independently drive to closure

& e# W' A, ]& j6 |Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College6 ~" t, J# k# P4 `
Two to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.
( |; q; v0 M7 L1 h3 i4 aAutomation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)9 w& M0 i. h2 z
Experience interpreting process control documents./ {: ?$ q) V$ `: _( m+ U1 v! ]5 ~
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities. j+ q. f: q, O6 `* q* C
Proven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards
$ W4 a( A5 Z7 X# Y1 L% YKnowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies1 h1 Q: z( Z( Z. g# ]4 i# A* O
Valid passport and driver's license.

' |1 z4 z4 {# s$ j4 aStrong knowledge of water/wastewater process: Understand biological processes, disinfection, BOD, coagulation, etc.
& ~* I3 l2 j) s4 [. A- uMechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)
: x! O2 J+ m- fElectrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment
# i3 h5 k& u7 FAbility to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents
