* I( h7 c3 u$ x3 l+ X$ O; ]-Completion of a post-secondary education
, N; }2 i0 K2 K, i6 m* z; }3 V, W+ H-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
1 J% ~# L" t3 j: w7 Z-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
: m# u" C5 h6 j+ ~2 o: k& ?-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
2 P2 y% E* s4 L-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
8 a, F/ H8 ~4 m+ F) w5 K-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
+ `/ w0 Z6 C$ _: b( h-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
" _& h3 y: o; }) S! {+ C-Sales Experience is an asset
* o; [/ p/ q% H/ ^-Fluent in English and Cantonese
; s, J" l9 D4 t. M-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
