/ x' C" c) R3 `  w7 p$ Y( F, u- A-Completion of a post-secondary education
- m! _4 R4 t. U: o-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
- e6 t# p% H. T5 {/ u-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
) s) p( N6 z* j3 N-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
5 x# ^5 N4 Q% N- E4 v" a" |& x5 {7 D-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
# i: }# R& T) g-Sales Experience is an asset
2 l! y' u. R: C# S! H-Fluent in English and Cantonese
! n7 i/ }$ N" q7 R: M$ O1 v-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
