Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
4 [) Y; s# }- }& f3 }% V-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
# v6 q$ O) w# [) {2 f-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
8 p) C! D, U: Q. t2 g+ I  o. j. V-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
; V- \& v+ V6 N" G8 |-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
$ M7 Y! h5 Q2 X# G  e-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
5 g/ F( _# d! ]; k4 T  H-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
+ {( N9 g7 ~6 e1 u8 M  F7 h6 a8 h-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
; V5 X5 u. b/ X& z5 K4 E- \-Fluent in English and Cantonese
" F/ {8 e9 U5 ]5 W0 O8 W& j( A-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
