Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
6 d; ?$ j) x  m, h6 E  i-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
! u9 m2 R' o' c) ?/ T' u3 {-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
0 e4 c6 P8 y; i/ Z( b9 \4 \-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
( g: S/ e/ O2 J# V. _$ v  u-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
) {* w/ L9 o3 D& ]6 B" h+ ?$ k' G6 ~+ y7 c-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
% V, z6 ~7 j; |" K-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
