0 `7 N; a5 L  `. i/ y6 C' }-Completion of a post-secondary education
$ v8 I- f7 t* \6 k- b& A2 q$ O1 ]-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
0 K4 S% A. N3 X# O7 ^) K-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
2 |7 V; M9 P( V1 W5 @% u% h-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
! i0 d: `& F( K8 c. y  ^-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
/ T4 g; M2 H7 u3 e2 z- Q-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
7 U* o; @: m, T-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
7 j, a/ V/ V- W/ F-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
