-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC

-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
7 g2 F2 L8 K& `: W" D-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets- c; r4 Q0 F# m. u' F/ w6 G* ^6 K
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.# H0 ~9 U7 _1 U+ I% P! h% J' O7 l8 l
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy z* t8 m$ v' }$ H- l; x5 v- _
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
