% R4 Z4 @* t- K: K-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
& G. A3 L1 h; P8 ?9 A/ M-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
0 _  o& A* {6 u) R# r-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
1 o" D* Q$ M& b9 w" U. {-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
* t* X$ o* M5 d8 i4 o-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
, |4 v& e* K/ O+ O- w-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
0 R$ b. a& p7 B6 U/ M-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
