  @, D6 Z$ m9 V" U6 _-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
; k5 H4 q) g0 b1 @-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
4 f- J' }" c* C-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
# O& S6 w/ A  G* V/ t# m- B' H1 E-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
: t) \, M+ N' b4 F2 w-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
  y, H& ^2 c% v) f6 ^-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
' d( Z4 R1 O6 ~) U( l) ?-Sales Experience is an asset
) {( ?0 c/ ~# C! y& f-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
