Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
, E! U1 C$ W. p-Completion of a post-secondary education
6 H& `: S5 n3 z" U-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
& Z1 [& d( ?6 g$ r6 F# |-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
& M1 t# X! E8 \8 l& Y4 i% S1 U# w, i-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
) q/ U& c6 y3 `7 A-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
3 _, A0 i& p4 ~* U* o-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
; b4 q7 O# o5 W4 ^-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
