Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:

-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC8 {- }6 T9 E. s' @0 T
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL): [5 Y6 G' c4 ^5 H$ m# j: D8 E
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public1 r4 y$ l5 Z" P) W: M" C
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
1 w7 Q, \8 J! ^9 c" @- B-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.

-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
