; _7 @8 `" t2 D5 ^-Completion of a post-secondary education
% c0 z3 d4 i- r' @9 U4 E9 `3 U7 B0 b$ _8 i-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
  I: X0 t5 x- j-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
% S1 Y0 X% K& S+ L+ a) U$ R! B4 u-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
& T' P; |9 A3 e, w-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
) I8 K6 ^) O  e+ W3 d; Y9 I-Sales Experience is an asset
( X- x9 e- [2 u! ^-Fluent in English and Cantonese
- ~0 l! G2 X+ K' V-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
