Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
+ |$ D, Y: H9 [5 b-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
" {+ Q. `- j0 _4 ?, u& G9 @+ x-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
* w# _7 ?: Y6 o+ D* G. ^/ c9 ~-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
# ]- ]+ K( \0 F3 {, X) J-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
! v; K9 H% a7 J  ?-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
, x; p7 L6 [  |-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
* S# X0 D' q4 l0 `! Y8 T* f, h! Z-Sales Experience is an asset
8 I% y) |- u$ p  \8 @0 w" l-Fluent in English and Cantonese
