6 c  ?7 p- p( z8 w5 i-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
5 ]- W, _$ H$ E-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
6 f' v* d; d6 o) p2 Z-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
+ N" y6 x$ A/ w-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
9 N8 N  f( [6 i; Z& D-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
; X; A# Y5 A3 B  o$ c-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
, ~/ ?) }# y2 {, H) Y-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
