-Completion of a post-secondary education
  ]- n  d2 `! I8 c  Y& D& e& e7 F-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
1 ?% M8 F. f2 d5 O-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
/ ^3 O1 D5 ?: H-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
& S: o- ^9 ~8 d0 T: i- c; M1 ]-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
) S0 i  a0 F0 n! Z+ K-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
/ s; h+ `; g+ v$ J) S-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
