-Completion of a post-secondary education
- @2 R2 R* F) ^! [-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
P6 v% Q, i: e( h- |; R. ]-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)& T. z8 N5 o2 ~# n# }
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
# }# _5 X9 K* L$ `; f' R& ^0 R4 t-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
% r/ a+ N5 X: o+ @1 `: j2 r- U-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
% k( z9 s$ L4 O+ a-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy: g8 j3 U4 B) N. v; l, m$ t
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
1 O; M4 B7 E. U; _& c-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
