Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
* ]& ?, W1 b) I-Completion of a post-secondary education
# d0 i) ^0 t$ `" t3 L) r+ v/ @) X-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
; U5 p! f( `0 r$ x6 z! U-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
7 f7 Q2 P' Y1 y% U+ D: y) p6 t! s& [-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
3 J: t  ]& R8 }-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
) E6 [, c# x# o. B; e( t4 r6 T-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
! `; f$ ]- `0 X-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
" y4 M/ H* D. T. y' m7 L( P-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
