4 a. i9 Y' J. k7 F( L-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
+ h" C; ~, y2 K  F-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
8 K. f3 [% B& y3 b1 M-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
3 D, n( ^7 O( w% I) L-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
' \3 P- X6 G7 e- F1 G( j1 o-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
( }; z6 a6 R$ l  {  {# F& l-Sales Experience is an asset
2 N8 V" C2 C9 S) k. ~( x-Fluent in English and Cantonese
2 x6 p1 Y7 D! `-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
