) ]2 |" s' L/ m8 n5 e-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
& a  x4 L* m$ b' }/ U-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
" p- [! O. N4 m9 |& G-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
" \' h& [. ]6 m1 F6 P-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
3 X, A9 f, `8 E$ o-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
! a, \; o7 Q1 g/ D-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
; j. S" b/ _( p-Fluent in English and Cantonese
) q& E# V& W( j4 D3 A-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
