Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
# K, W. q$ {( l-Completion of a post-secondary education
; m9 |8 v' {5 A" t-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
8 X& K2 k" y. z+ s* M, i, F-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
$ v8 e( o2 U' O5 \) F* B  O-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
6 h/ ~  F  E8 _- W-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
" T$ K8 F5 b& T7 U4 j4 b  c+ c8 b-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
( w$ U. K1 _' B% T4 L2 m# z-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
