Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
7 j) M5 l- A7 Q- n! m4 w# U4 H-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
: m4 ~8 E+ Q9 w: {; B-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
( z7 g+ y" S8 k# G  X* \3 E-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
4 L2 D* Z; O; T! u-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

4 M9 i; t2 C. z0 r5 F/ Y  C# x% h-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
) h% ~& g$ v0 I& T-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
6 D- ]% }/ }- c3 j-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
