+ u4 @# P6 Q6 f9 I" X9 r0 \' b-Completion of a post-secondary education
$ m3 ?3 q1 j- a-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
. h( i# a' a% R1 C-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
& D: [1 Q- d$ @$ K. _% V  _-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
* B7 f  k% f* }3 j, ]; j-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
' O$ J% T. w1 T$ F1 z5 Z0 W, f5 R-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
' @/ i' }  H; r% i" E-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
* |/ a. ^4 q8 @4 }, d-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
