-Completion of a post-secondary education
, b, l6 ]% F$ M" E1 i; i. C-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
3 H9 b# w; E1 A$ R2 c$ R-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
, I8 U/ M& r5 r  `6 ~7 R-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
4 e# g, b0 l1 }7 ?% d. x! g9 Z-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
) G& o4 p' k9 {! X* B) ^-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
- A1 A; Z9 X% ~  t, }-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
! |  c8 P' W; V: L/ u- i2 {4 D-Fluent in English and Cantonese
4 _0 D: b$ K7 N- M-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
