9 ^. z8 j( I3 k% M9 U-Completion of a post-secondary education
+ P1 L2 s% y; e# L, T/ j; ~" ?-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
8 \; c+ X* m) m4 S4 l: v-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
5 w1 o, F: h% a: S& [& P; }; a* T-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
+ M* u# I% }8 v-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
6 Q. j$ ]7 k$ s-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
8 X6 R9 X# K! a' t+ x-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
4 w* z- D  E' J2 x& x-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
