Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
* L: d. J/ J4 X( c$ M) w3 b! X1 J& m8 r-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
# [' C( P) H5 g9 M$ F+ e- R* y- j-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
, N4 C: i: F! c7 C" [-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
4 O4 P( O/ N9 V$ r( M: T-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
1 `/ D( O9 V" k-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
