Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
5 a( D* r9 }# a-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
1 a8 D* C/ x* y8 t$ Z# C: V: i-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
5 N2 g: k  k7 x* S/ d2 y9 l! O6 u) H-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
( R$ t  @) _( |; x-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
& a+ E' r& a5 l5 U-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
; G- W. L1 P1 }2 b8 W9 |-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
