Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
9 c1 e( T  U: h. ^1 [1 B5 v. }-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
* ]3 E. E' r2 Z5 g* [; B- }/ J-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
, w% e+ z  C5 j; n-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
0 P1 f9 y) {9 P1 F* I2 b-Sales Experience is an asset
. a" V" ?# `1 D-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
