-Completion of a post-secondary education
% ]# [' _. J/ t% ^7 P-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
( Y, K/ \/ M1 q2 ?' R/ u3 N. f6 U-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
3 S  H- a. D/ D" j% W1 n-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
7 a( \5 ]6 I( }; ]) M' k-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
6 ?# b* ^% z$ ^-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
+ P. @5 A. U. `3 G# ^-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
