-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
9 T7 o9 H9 X5 W# u) {-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
' B$ ]+ |% E: q-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
' `- S& {2 b: u% m-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.& F! X2 Z8 \- f3 [
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
5 ]+ T: t! b. B# X4 d" u-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.

-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
