-Completion of a post-secondary education
2 V. x, b% K/ {  h9 L! g+ ~-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
9 M# b' X" T* q/ Z1 n- p2 t  V) l# V-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
% l/ v, T- {$ {2 R  J/ r# A* B! p-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
* D  C, p' q2 ?5 L3 I: h9 K! W/ J-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
/ o: n  q* O2 P1 l-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
2 d; a0 p1 ~8 Q' D$ i9 F7 [-Fluent in English and Cantonese
" j  B( I' m* _0 q! ]2 l-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
