* m( p5 G6 o# F, d: Z9 z& q-Completion of a post-secondary education
) ?9 ?+ @+ I9 Z" G9 N4 a; v  E-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
: p/ d" L9 @% V3 t( n! e-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
2 @  ], F& @- t& h' Q# I, v3 k, R-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
+ V: P7 i0 k1 c( ~1 J+ }-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
9 H6 ~  B3 Z7 o4 j4 H-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
1 W& `/ z  ^4 E% k+ U, g9 F4 f-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
: T) z8 A/ X$ ]; W% N$ P; L-Fluent in English and Cantonese
( w" P5 P' Y* n/ n-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
