Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
) Y& p6 i& j: p$ E  E7 U-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
7 b5 X7 ?: \; {" {9 Q6 Z- g-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
. w2 t7 E1 T' }* E-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
# m3 y, x" t) z0 k8 R! J  v3 z-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
, `! ?3 X" b; R3 K-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
* Y4 M- ~$ `4 Q+ h. m8 i' j' a-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
6 A7 s9 R  t( _. r- L! T& }-Sales Experience is an asset
" _* g  B6 U% }( t- A: K0 T' a-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
