Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
* E. w0 S  H. k% {/ c: L-Completion of a post-secondary education
: E, q" @: x3 B-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
+ |7 ^) U; l5 @-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
( R: O- ?: j. w. e: r-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
6 [5 z6 Z" T+ X% V8 u# j& m( `' }) e-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
2 q; y' {/ G* W-Fluent in English and Cantonese
0 A8 E/ |: x3 O+ ~; X) S& k9 b6 {& y-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
