Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
+ t# S7 m  d, T* j5 z0 g4 `-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
0 k+ ~# D- H) ^3 A4 }: X5 t/ Q-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
5 d* u1 B: P8 n1 X( A-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
( d; u# E( {( H# b-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
" `, U% e: k0 F" A* `-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
& }. f- b1 x4 U+ [4 h-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
4 p8 B0 }# a1 k6 T-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
5 \/ L0 H! Z+ s6 e-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
