0 j5 q- A+ ^  }- {. W/ SKnowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
6 J9 i( I8 o' R1 i-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
; C5 E; q# k3 j* t-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
) f1 _) b8 T' u, n6 L% S-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
& ~8 d( q. X0 \9 u! b0 A) l-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
) v7 S* q- ~3 |4 D- {4 H$ A4 L* ^' @$ Y" E-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
+ F( @6 }3 l) H$ L-Sales Experience is an asset
8 O/ `# X2 k* |+ a! l-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
