Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
+ E7 Z9 ?- _: k) T1 n: O; }9 Z, F-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
* {3 w/ \1 H8 y; h/ w, K-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
7 B; I. u! E3 w! W8 n  M# }-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
- B% Y/ i1 Z8 Z7 U, L, l: I$ Z5 q# C-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
- a# R( _% c6 r% E8 i-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
