, `$ D2 @! @; v2 l-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
/ _1 l7 }: N1 U8 A5 G-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
3 k. q: D! @/ C8 T8 l-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
5 ]0 m8 d- v$ r/ x9 U-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
1 V, U8 p& j& [, c-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
  h1 A" n" K# V1 e% X9 Z-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
