-Completion of a post-secondary education
- J+ P$ g+ [# O7 q, u9 Y, A: C-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
; T% I: S8 e) Z# a# ^-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
5 U& j1 L- p3 w" l9 w  o' w8 E& G4 m. A1 s-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  g8 I7 T: @3 o0 C-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
" |* j, B* F8 a& P1 L-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
: L: U- ^! R* l-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
6 \, c  U6 J7 l-Sales Experience is an asset
* V: s0 o; i/ K-Fluent in English and Cantonese
$ n' t" r% y! R' O& }- O-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
