-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
( Z( S  o  L! u-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
8 `& Q$ @9 F: U" c# c-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
: U0 u7 C9 G( O8 B& r  ~$ e-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
; d& R6 f. K9 K' H, c) P4 e# a-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
8 H; U" d, V- l9 v$ I8 A) p! S-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
! h4 g9 u6 e3 e, G& O! G-Sales Experience is an asset
9 c# o7 o# p$ I4 g' k9 x3 _-Fluent in English and Cantonese
7 q/ @' N1 U, o7 C1 j1 R' @-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
