-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
1 L# Q6 I1 q1 G0 [6 ^-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
1 P3 E" ^; ]* x. r2 P  a-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
# m! d! L! |! I% P6 L-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  D5 r% r  Q& h: E8 x" H5 _' O) T4 V9 x-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
3 L8 V* G3 u* c' I3 R-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
  `1 K+ @0 C% m% C. s& l/ @. U-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
