-Completion of a post-secondary education
0 }4 w( d, q2 K; p) Y; x4 R-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
# S  A/ l) x8 S, W+ g0 x( |1 X; [-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

& q: i& a* d3 x- C: @4 J-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
5 H/ g- ~. D! R- N. ^5 {/ S-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
. R8 z/ d# E2 G# h$ k. N-Sales Experience is an asset
5 P# V% J- r! t-Fluent in English and Cantonese
5 V" `* t/ Z1 m) V-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
