Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
" A, Z" Q8 `; u6 `) f( R3 o2 S0 e-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
, g. m0 a* G) i7 g0 p% h8 R-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
3 C( u0 ?2 e% @& x, J  a/ T-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
$ y. Z# V4 T) j& e1 Z% ]-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
- Y4 I; [  W, A-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
0 d# w: \5 i4 `) B3 `-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
