Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:

-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)9 j% E" r' D, J( z
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public2 x: [1 t( T1 D7 ^: }
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
' R, z$ \9 i& w+ F t7 _-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
8 X# u" W' H" [) d" |-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy( J' k% N. `0 t0 l/ o
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
5 r, [* N( ~; E% t9 B) m; Y, [8 F( d, d-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
/ S8 a# M6 p: h, E0 `; L. ]-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
