-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
9 a5 }% [% F, {3 H2 Q-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)& C3 v6 L9 p, A( q( F, p& S
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public% P% Q, B1 j* U+ ^5 z+ Z7 X9 e
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
4 u' d2 V3 E) }% U% [! l1 z- l9 o& w-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.2 T) J- s& _ I1 X( t
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
