-Completion of a post-secondary education; d# B0 V+ Y3 y& c
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC0 W! Q. \0 |) j- T+ Z
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
/ @+ M6 c2 y" i-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
: k" x4 d6 M* U4 G-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets* s) k q! w- Q) F
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
& p' V- O( b$ e" o9 P7 W' O& t-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
5 |8 D& B/ n8 v9 p-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.

-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment0 E! `! q" H7 Q
