Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
  n; r, z( M! N-Completion of a post-secondary education
  g  E2 E* w0 Q, P. k-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
6 F1 ^3 e# e: U% l# ~; p' k-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
8 L% Z2 A3 t; p/ ^-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
. o  Y6 T3 B9 x! h0 U: k# ^5 F-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
4 r5 Z. O4 y. t$ |3 a3 q1 |2 Y-Sales Experience is an asset
% Q% |5 b% [4 p' D2 E7 R3 s  D-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
