! Q; Q8 W$ U# H) ]-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
$ z( p' \" G+ Q! j; F-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
9 R% O" a8 n/ |, G6 z5 t9 J! E-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
' v% h  [0 g0 d-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
% v) {9 {, T$ H! |5 F* Z  N. U-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
+ D/ O7 t- t2 ~/ P-Sales Experience is an asset
/ `% v" y" c" Y, b! w7 f/ G-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
