Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
9 S) F7 _+ W3 E# r/ r7 K-Completion of a post-secondary education
8 S& t7 r8 K9 `9 X-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
7 S) U! _7 u3 r/ _/ c-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
8 K6 ^) \8 Z3 E) x2 Y-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
  C, E3 H2 D2 E. N( C+ A! [-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
) H5 B" o# e5 R2 t-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
; w% V% @$ l5 l9 F+ g1 Z% p1 U-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
3 z' t" H: z& }, u3 [-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
% L, ?% ?& v* k" W1 v-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
