/ r, g5 z9 q7 z7 L  d* a) I( J-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
% ^- T5 r0 Z! \- Q1 }7 s" O-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
5 G( e" b* T6 n6 C. x2 v% ?-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
$ F' n, Z7 f- b' r% ?-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
6 [4 w$ G; Q/ }0 P( a-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
3 l, @* F# T5 v# l7 v-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
# n0 K/ d+ ~7 k7 G* c3 w# I: _-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
