Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
4 T) M* u, _. T' R-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
2 R: s0 }  t( {& N-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
8 [. [2 `4 o  i2 N) l: ]) u- o/ N4 k-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
( a6 ]: J6 l8 R  W-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
9 M# u: J8 ~0 h+ y  z% `- d# u1 V: N-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
, p2 p9 g4 E6 d4 R$ d-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
& ?5 b6 F  A& ]-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
9 x$ K. h; q- H5 G  `5 Y4 E0 L9 y-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
