-Completion of a post-secondary education
! E# D& f9 A- [1 `& \5 f& }7 ?4 q8 ~-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
  m4 Q$ \  m, g* |, R' q5 ^# k-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
4 B; S* i: a# ^* C0 s# ~6 o8 P4 t" k3 b-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
* R, K2 k9 n& @-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
* }- Z9 t' P% n, h& N# ?$ {) z-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
8 T. R$ \( F% H+ R$ @-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
7 O/ o5 X- S4 y-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
; r0 k; q0 t; y0 y3 W: T" D-Fluent in English and Cantonese
; K) D5 k  X3 x7 _-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
