-Completion of a post-secondary education
* O' V# y' ?7 k8 T-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
0 l$ h2 s7 T; m/ [2 a/ [- g-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
- J- ?; N0 q3 ?-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
7 u; S5 p" C+ X  z0 n% e-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
2 s  i8 ]0 e% p- x! U-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
, U' T0 ^- t% }1 M3 [- T0 ?-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
6 M  l6 E, f3 D( T- S-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
