+ M2 b$ x( c) M' b# y-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
+ g+ a/ z  I0 b4 X-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
' t4 p2 M9 G5 G+ R1 C- ]# E1 [-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
: I+ k7 K' n8 ^' S9 M1 H-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
" {# k& I3 Y+ J7 s" R4 L-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
- g0 {  N- }9 X+ F# c) q" _-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
7 X6 a8 ]+ T; ]3 W, p: h-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
% F) J" q( r/ ?1 x: i/ v& B1 Q-Sales Experience is an asset
4 b9 ^: j' I3 y, t7 X, a( `-Fluent in English and Cantonese
