-Completion of a post-secondary education
; p# \" ^2 p, `* G# R-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC& l4 ]5 l& q- E" J' l- H
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
4 O; {3 C% u1 z-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public7 Q5 Y0 g, L4 e* k* }
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets: ~* W; M- B* u9 L1 t; W
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
; {) W" z6 u) o7 a& y( L7 G3 {! r-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy8 K/ u: A0 x" X3 c
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
$ p/ a- H6 E7 i- p) F1 L/ V$ G-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
