-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
- W5 v  r; ~3 i-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
- ]# u9 ]6 \/ b9 g! {) F-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
1 y1 W- k2 g1 E-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
0 i- x( Z/ O. u3 t& |. u  E-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
* x+ p; k% ~1 m' i4 ?-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
* m* x. M3 y2 b; S% G7 K  ~2 `-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
! k% s0 h: h3 U2 J-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
