Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
. s8 J' }' i7 {-Completion of a post-secondary education
; O7 I5 [" G7 C1 e8 h  @2 s-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
+ {" |% I3 a- K-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
) k: F; [4 b9 q& b1 C' f( J-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
; S; m2 J  K, ^7 ^: r+ l-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
' }# ^" Q5 R: N2 V-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
, v- |8 C/ z( o" T-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
, k) B7 K( O6 @# Y. _-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
( ^) ?' y" z& u$ a" p. ^# P# [: S-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
+ U: ]8 e1 ^6 @2 x-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
