9 o1 L% o7 F* \% R-Completion of a post-secondary education
" W2 F0 I3 y/ o1 U) |4 v( X-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
, j5 l7 l7 z! t4 H( G-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
$ |! Q1 ^7 }! T-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
& M6 Q; H3 W- h0 j8 M' w. j) j- J8 _-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
8 C( n& ^) c# V  A9 P-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
' |4 W  @1 G* t, B0 Y0 P-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
# J. |. ^  H7 F+ c7 S5 e# E6 q# m7 H-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
* q5 I. }! Q/ x9 I$ U  c-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
