-Completion of a post-secondary education
* V) U" o( `( K* @& E-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
$ `" G8 L& U( Q. e-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
9 u/ O( Q) w8 U4 @( {' K/ P-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
3 E, M  q$ r' ?  p1 F6 w-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
$ U, w/ Y8 E% a-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
- N( R6 V+ `+ S* w5 q/ ^  E-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
6 r. o3 ~! y  h1 j& o& O* W-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
