-Completion of a post-secondary education
8 M* G! G# w- z9 e-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
% S' {$ F6 P, E-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
3 f- N; X0 l5 `! d9 z7 U$ x- M, n-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
0 D. I- t  l- d) l/ h! X-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
0 t  [  `" m2 }5 ]2 _-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
. u; U% S: I* K4 s4 H8 ~-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
& e+ s2 \, b" I. }5 f8 Q3 U-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
