0 A8 O& y( e8 v/ _% H0 I( {8 d4 V-Completion of a post-secondary education
3 T5 H7 O% J  J7 @7 d-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
' M! s5 A: g9 g8 y" L-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
) s7 m- G3 R9 @7 r, k-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
4 q0 v: A; d# p" o5 Q% w0 B-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
" d6 ^, Z$ W8 T5 I2 O# B. g-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
* q% [) U* |( l+ y# _-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
: F9 n8 I: V# y' a. p7 x-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
