- h+ o) \+ |5 I+ F* H-Completion of a post-secondary education
3 s$ ]" i6 J- v5 z$ C+ D; C-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
1 k; C3 e  P$ a( ?9 Y7 y-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
6 @! {7 y- |4 A( t& b0 B-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
0 b7 `2 L" K. q3 P5 G6 X-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
4 b  F" X0 y  \8 u- J1 z, Q, Y-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
+ X* K2 J/ W$ z! P. c5 f-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
8 B& o; G- F& |+ w-Sales Experience is an asset
