-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
9 M" ]2 N, S( {' a-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public; g4 E* ]3 B& J- v- E, O
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
' h6 a0 Q/ ?! }- _- c-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.; f6 j$ _8 v8 I* ` Q7 x1 g8 L' O
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy6 r7 M2 B6 Y( r
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach./ w5 ], H" Y4 U

-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
