3 v# C- P# J9 E5 ?-Completion of a post-secondary education
$ m+ Z9 z6 _$ ]/ S: i-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
0 x+ W; `  A. V- x4 P. m9 |-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
+ C7 E4 o7 R7 L+ f* i& q+ @6 {-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
5 u. a3 _4 I( R3 K- }: D) }-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
+ G; x; N2 q* \/ t5 h7 R( a8 G-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
