Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
+ H( T% g; c) {8 [/ E-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
! O: i6 m: v6 R. Z) B3 G+ y-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
; n. w: k. O: N0 m-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
* v" l* @0 |2 G/ |- \7 `-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
2 N" n7 o! l% p& ^-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
1 w' x/ i" ~$ n8 v-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
' Z: h+ o( L& h: Y-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
