-Completion of a post-secondary education
9 B- |% Z, f6 y7 e& Y9 }7 o-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
( _: e4 t+ W" A7 b' O-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
1 ?& S( ^( \" R-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
* H  I3 G. ~6 q! k. o1 z; _-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
2 c: }0 D. q! V: m4 |- v-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
) x0 t' H) K3 e( u1 f' a-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
" X/ |# a, g7 _. e-Sales Experience is an asset
" n) q$ ]2 t- m# i( `-Fluent in English and Cantonese
' I& f7 L! l3 a' ~# I+ h1 j/ D- S; ?-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
