Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
! p( K" r* g/ m- j9 ^% L) X* p- r-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
  z% [1 S, I9 C) w  X-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
: M9 ]7 c/ w9 N-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
) _) A! ?! L8 U& {/ ]-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

& ]% j0 c" u; E  V" @. N' M-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
" g% P  s7 T( L8 a-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset

-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
