' z1 k3 Z+ j+ M! r$ I& a% w! T-Completion of a post-secondary education
) E) q8 i- v4 j; L-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
% J) d/ C. }% v( F7 h. A-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
/ N: A0 z( \! }7 H-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
7 [) L& `- z* O  S5 B) z-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
, ~. A6 b" f5 A4 |, y2 W8 o2 |-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
2 n0 e8 m' X  G; D-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
. X, {8 E: F% U-Sales Experience is an asset
! N( B; g/ \8 J- l* ~- N-Fluent in English and Cantonese
  m: v+ K& y! G7 Z2 @/ Q4 w-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
