Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
2 g7 E: `; T: \8 N8 @4 G. O-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
3 f2 u7 G5 J; F9 N7 d- N-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
, B  q9 Y/ J" W6 Z2 \; g0 j-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
. S8 c; P; \6 h2 v9 K6 K-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
9 @8 v3 }3 z5 X+ y9 q& r-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
6 d5 O: Q2 U) c7 O$ d) a( d1 e-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
