-Completion of a post-secondary education
6 j9 u6 }, v" k# {( U# p-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
, _2 G/ _; y3 M) o3 k+ |) M: F-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
& R% L# [$ y- B& v/ p2 v-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
  b* J( ~* b3 i& h-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
5 k- u8 s. }9 t-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
* Y2 w# h& _( X2 A-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
* ^3 v0 G' u2 Z) H: K0 _-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
  a  z( O: |8 G-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
4 n( r& G3 T: h# A+ O-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
