$ M) o2 \" p. U/ o-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
! E% H7 p4 Q; r-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
7 k& T( X4 U' b6 D9 k: Q-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
& I9 J; d& u  Q7 F6 k- m' p-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
! ~* H- K* t+ P4 a- e$ X" ~-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
+ k- D$ A3 G' Y: w7 `+ ?-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
: d6 ]2 _( ]8 w-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
7 a; a3 p: I, A6 F-Sales Experience is an asset
, \) P  F6 _% q) v# k-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
