# x9 [5 I: c, X' O$ ?* ]) v-Completion of a post-secondary education
( X1 `$ ^+ b9 U' u-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
, p8 n% b( }: N' n7 y8 q+ l" K-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
6 n9 }+ h, l; ]  i( P-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
, Q% g2 u. n) e& d# o! n-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
( m# i6 o8 f6 y-Sales Experience is an asset
8 ^: `  G" t: Y9 l' d: ?# a7 A4 d, d9 L-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
