Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
4 G2 I) s9 A" U  Z* C9 A3 n: N-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
2 p5 o8 `8 ]8 O  x3 }1 j' k-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
% P  v! w, l8 p# B: }6 [: o+ V1 h! ~) W/ `-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
% |8 G$ [* Y$ z! n-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
6 T: R& a! k2 X# U2 s; t. m, |-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
