-Completion of a post-secondary education
- i* \# O5 y  \$ D; ~! h-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
+ m  p/ y5 z( g& R3 c' t- x1 o! k-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
3 n6 ^9 p+ k! T. c-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

7 v( `; B. r2 ~! w7 j-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
& h5 s' E0 J( U; A; s9 M  R-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
1 S0 W* Z: l  Y' i% n! l1 P. n-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
