-Completion of a post-secondary education

-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
0 m$ d* b8 B H# C3 D# ?7 l z-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public2 z7 D" Y) ^! z! E; X2 p
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
% Q [1 d% ?6 B2 `% x-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.- C% _6 D9 Q! N
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy: J1 a8 h7 n2 n+ S' m
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
% H+ C5 p+ f9 k% p5 t- c-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required8 @# h \# [& V+ _! p: b
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment, ]' ^& [+ s+ n+ H: L
