-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
+ L! C6 r9 L! V9 A-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
# `5 T+ A& z* ?" v9 T  B, S-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
# X' J& p: p  P/ Z; y% Z-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
2 m8 H/ e# N0 w9 u) X-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
/ _" j. D9 `* C8 l; o-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
9 j* @  a  a+ k& Y% x-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
