- r% M( M- S$ M, z* g7 f-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
5 @  d  k9 s' W; i6 u+ d-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
* r+ W7 m# [! H3 v6 ^$ `-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
" P: R! S1 R" M0 U* g-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
% e4 \  I) O" D% T0 I/ W-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
. E- h8 j. C, M# U3 k, h-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
1 T( n- n5 S& k& B1 A# I0 W-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
