Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:

3 m% A6 H$ W: ~8 z! `& ]-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC8 y" h; l% a# A! V" f3 O1 b
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)5 S3 a8 Y. c8 h E& V" Y
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
" b0 B3 ~! |: o. ?8 h1 Q' _-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
" N! H7 m- M2 |$ J- |; h-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
& N' ], n$ u8 R H+ D! c; |2 e-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy- ]( R7 V$ N. K9 D
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.2 Z1 Y2 z3 W" E. S) i

-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
