Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
) E% K& a7 I4 G0 }. L( {-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
+ S& `$ T& W4 E: S- Y- }-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
8 r4 J0 |! ^: m( z" ^, f  `-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
9 a9 v; K5 P- p/ {-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
$ H( l5 k; d* G  k-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
( U4 o- @/ T! O5 O-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
