* S8 o+ v# a0 b9 m* w' Y-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
  E0 G- y" ]# j* _" x-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
7 d% R" E4 w9 \" C" r# d" O-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
% N: `; b8 B, k-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
- {3 Z% e' U) j. E" J-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
5 N# m4 h/ s9 {$ g  t-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
7 b0 N& p" c7 X0 C-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
