0 @' o! f* a: M/ y' ~-Completion of a post-secondary education
1 O! p$ _, G% k& B6 H* @6 S0 r-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
* `9 w! y. i4 p3 m9 W-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
; q6 o( L; S# Z6 R- }7 {-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
+ y0 X) N& A3 B) Z' b) W-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
: t' `) O4 A( Q! V2 h  A6 r- _# `-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
% S9 c8 A& |  x. s. B2 b, v) O-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
