-Completion of a post-secondary education
& \' L0 ]8 Z  P/ j4 w/ d" Z$ ]-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
6 j8 r# A$ R/ [( z2 r3 d/ Q1 b- z-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

! _: v* t7 a! \9 O- G2 h4 v( m-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
4 g* E/ F% F  F! V) Q0 G-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
. z1 C/ x. P; `9 _1 x-Sales Experience is an asset
4 p1 M* R( ?9 V" ~/ A-Fluent in English and Cantonese
* g. ]/ R5 y( m$ \  Q+ e* U  L& R-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
