Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
4 L( V; ]  j9 W- T  {-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
) O% i- @- Z8 o1 m- f. ]3 w-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
  a3 l: m! J% T' ^2 a2 ?-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
+ a! u5 n3 W% d: [$ Y. t$ L-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
' l7 h  x' b# S8 a8 {, q* Z-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
6 [' a( {+ x; h/ {# `-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
