Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
* m( m6 X7 P5 P-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
$ w+ m9 X. V% |& L* ~+ R. p-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
2 o4 E. Z8 ]2 Z% F+ l' h& C-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
) E. T  }1 ^: h: ~  |$ I-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
7 u9 K2 c/ V' A0 z* M9 f; Y-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
" j# ^$ V8 a- C. v-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
: Z: R  `0 Y! E. X-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
) O1 |' B4 u7 @, d-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
1 q( m3 {) a  i0 s' `& m-Sales Experience is an asset
( R- G+ C8 g) H$ D) q8 q( O-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
