-Completion of a post-secondary education
8 L' Z. N# l! P- l4 C3 ?+ ?-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
4 a+ {4 B( W& u' w! e4 N-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)' I7 v( T( U3 W% S
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
, b- K/ Z) I+ z-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
' J5 E7 m' p! b8 q/ `& r-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. j2 L9 F) {0 l
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy" c |. }- u: t- f
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.; K- ~/ R5 E: u9 `
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
