-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC

1 Z' `9 }2 W3 d) F; K H4 t3 t) e-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
+ {1 f( ]# j$ W1 g2 m- d! |3 F) T+ o5 i. C-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets+ [ i8 Y' _ e1 J) @
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.; n# {5 [ w8 {- |+ _$ a8 m
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy3 x3 } J6 W. r
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach., K3 i9 E' v0 }9 T2 J: E# c7 i
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required( u9 e' [9 d5 z+ [
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment& Y% o" p! {2 ] i+ V
