-Completion of a post-secondary education
! v1 z! S  W& z. q8 b4 _-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
$ I4 P8 l: s6 o. j. n. R-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
0 s! |6 J* @8 E, ^* R/ C& H-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
5 {. J: l% G/ i2 p* E/ R8 M% @-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
  N7 M/ W5 k6 Z3 P0 q3 R6 D-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
7 S# h( m8 b( x8 n4 _9 V-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
7 u9 W7 ^( o/ V9 N-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
