-Completion of a post-secondary education
7 T; o7 k& O9 k5 a' L" m b-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
l+ w& `' @. W9 P" g-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
/ l4 c# ~) \. G; r% A* w/ B! E-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
5 o8 u5 N, ^( F d! L-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
4 e }7 E1 r4 l3 L7 P-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
% E1 X; J* i! b1 U+ Z; |: Q-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy3 a: ~" X/ a2 m0 E" t
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.3 `: I i8 r4 j( q( w6 K6 i
