-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC

-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public6 _ r5 p, o: K7 z
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets! x( `2 M9 {) p; U
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.1 C$ Y ~9 b5 p+ v$ v. Y' Z
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy6 Z5 q; m" q1 m" D* {9 ^/ I$ w, D
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.) r3 u. @7 g i& `
