Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
0 _3 S7 u4 `( ^/ S' J6 O1 E-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
* ]( U3 j8 d! [7 d6 d-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
3 [& K- C1 y1 U8 K3 j. p-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
7 ?0 X1 k, \3 v; v-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
8 z/ i* V$ b7 [3 H-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
9 B; D, A, l5 u- r-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
8 o: ?; ]" [8 D" P-Sales Experience is an asset
3 D& w, U- s% O-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
