-Completion of a post-secondary education

-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public! W$ ]# ^% H- h1 v- _! t
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
W: B/ a' Y5 o( X2 M; P4 y-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.- A" I0 p; I% x+ c G, B! T

-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
