% q4 V! S, g2 |. O" e. e8 }-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
; J/ M0 D! O3 u- p+ E7 z& M-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
1 F* g0 N" K( t" v6 |3 b7 O-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
& A; B# @" _- L% G2 K& v2 c-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
. O; q# Q( I; @/ o7 n5 s-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
5 P3 |9 |. y' F-Sales Experience is an asset
& Y6 V7 k2 y) F; c9 a; B-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
