-Completion of a post-secondary education+ ]1 I5 K* K g
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
9 u, }/ D x& J5 ?5 U3 D4 c-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)! q3 n1 L! x5 @
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public S9 c5 s0 J; r, B; b8 j( M
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
2 S8 ?3 `" l3 x" n-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.7 ~- I& j9 z- B% \5 e3 M ]
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy5 n7 @4 h% i# p' F* A9 s/ m7 \
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.; P* y# }5 w/ e* r7 o

-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
