Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
8 ^5 j  ~% k/ X-Completion of a post-secondary education
/ ~  d- {1 |, b( T3 {' W: ?-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
5 m* j9 C! ?/ f-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
& @7 Y" s. l8 p0 Z2 f: {9 }-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
7 T0 o) r/ ]( {2 Z/ G-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
" _3 A' X! P, {2 u% \-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
, n1 P9 q9 x6 Z* W- c. m' R$ C-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
$ _: Z, c# r1 A& K-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
8 F( q- j/ E" y-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
/ w  {6 G# ~1 F/ X-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
