Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
; a. @( }; k3 v& q% u" q7 D- K9 U-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
5 z& H2 F% j7 J0 B2 r-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
# Q6 b+ }  v/ e& }/ x-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
5 x4 T# J  J! A$ i  M( L6 l-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
# x/ [! u% Z/ n" W$ p5 w+ B-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
/ \5 m7 r# y: q) p/ F# x2 S9 ]( a1 j-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
* J) j7 n2 M! m1 L# Z-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
