Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
8 u. c  u8 }! l" u0 Y* c1 ^" u) F-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
/ R: d: H! p7 i/ T3 c-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
6 B8 y/ z# c8 O) ~7 y, G' D-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
$ w2 g' W; M4 j* w* g: p-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
' a2 T$ {0 I! n  z. x9 s5 A/ u-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
: R; c4 j2 m$ b7 V* G-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
: @* W  b1 k1 Q9 \/ C. m-Fluent in English and Cantonese
; R$ o2 m5 Q& S+ Y-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
