-Completion of a post-secondary education
' J4 S3 y% a% T* a$ I-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
' w6 f8 b& r% D-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
9 {) a- a5 e& Z5 T- k( r-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
! Y. o. C9 j/ [6 |2 i3 a, f$ T2 z-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
3 [+ P; B7 I% r9 X' e3 Z-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
7 I" z" z0 Z+ d0 h) p' Z: M-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
