-Completion of a post-secondary education
" i0 a4 ?. n. \9 J- ]( Q* p-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
& ]- V8 p, N. Y-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
: o3 D- t/ v1 W1 c9 J/ I( l-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
% _5 L& x5 }2 E3 S- ]-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
9 H3 N" L) D" B1 k-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
' {! _2 V) `# v7 s-Sales Experience is an asset
* X+ ^% |  l2 E% d; T- x-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
