Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
2 ]1 Z  I+ q& L; d-Completion of a post-secondary education
" R4 P2 d: }' e-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
% |. n* h! P" b1 E+ b-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
9 y5 C& E. g* H-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
; G; L5 W" @0 f: K5 z1 E-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
. N3 K- A9 M1 h4 v6 Q' j  `2 v-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
$ p  Y: a4 x8 W& \( f! Y-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
