-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
; J/ M0 D! O3 u- p+ E7 z& M-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)1 I9 b7 G- g- d# j# y3 w
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
1 F* g0 N" K( t" v6 |3 b7 O-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
& A; B# @" _- L% G2 K& v2 c-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach. J( b+ W9 d) Y& H( Q: s8 Y& I

-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
