Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
4 ]7 `% n6 V( ]% J7 S-Completion of a post-secondary education
0 r# r& Q' t0 J  L" y9 b3 T-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
; {4 F' A! G+ }' T8 {) g-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
1 Q6 \6 {: M3 v! r: j-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
) f# X- s  Y! w8 h4 W; G-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
/ A+ K* d2 q* q. j3 G; f8 U-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
9 E# r: V2 L! T" i  v9 i1 w/ h-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
8 I3 s# ]# B* M-Sales Experience is an asset
( M/ V* z3 |8 I3 {-Fluent in English and Cantonese
