Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
/ C. ~3 Z& Z# T  A0 y-Completion of a post-secondary education
' L& ~( m8 u/ b" [% ^9 x- ?-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
3 G0 x9 N  e/ E% ~' B/ ?5 @-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
& y  V% p0 m8 h; [-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
' }+ a) q1 e* j; T' A# j$ n-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
7 B' I& U2 i8 x3 B' r-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
# d; |0 _* U- E6 O5 H6 ?-Sales Experience is an asset
# @3 j# j6 J1 m$ R$ C% g8 O* V-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
