Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
9 k; h7 h& i! k& h6 \-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
9 H/ q3 C- S+ ^$ ^7 u-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  @) P( J' A3 U' i" r3 S  O-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
) p0 r! E  G0 Q. C# H3 w5 t* H; P-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
5 }+ A& P1 X7 f. m% t5 T-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
" N) J! f5 h5 E& F# D* n7 q2 T-Sales Experience is an asset
: K: j/ _/ e/ S3 g-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
