Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
, M2 x/ C; I" x8 H; M4 d-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
" w8 |' C' a9 t) H-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
- N/ S. F0 k0 Z9 G( a* S* N5 w-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
8 ~3 E! L2 B3 D5 B/ r+ K* R) d8 h-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
8 k' h1 _2 D( Z+ ~; H! E# g. [-Sales Experience is an asset
# ]) J% s) o  n, Z5 ]-Fluent in English and Cantonese
