Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
: E/ |1 t' @( U" y" ]* c6 o2 e-Completion of a post-secondary education
3 k, d( O4 u" W9 L-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
- B4 r% }5 }5 x, |- E-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
+ ~* o7 |7 Y. p: s( ~3 {' M, L-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
9 @$ y8 i* Z( S1 b-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
  N$ b" ^4 e: U% x-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
! h& L! {: \5 K7 M& M6 J# g3 k-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
9 s6 O" U& f$ `4 `-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
8 z: i" n, o! ?" x# I) }/ ?-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
