Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
* }% _& j& M9 S: c6 d-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
  i' R4 X2 P3 v0 s. Z) R-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
8 Z2 V. q& \7 K" G4 Q* `7 I# D-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
4 E; s5 S- s+ f# N& ^" p-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
5 `3 q4 |: i0 \3 F* j( O# B2 V-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
