-Completion of a post-secondary education
8 ?1 G- J* W. D9 }8 o; W6 K-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
6 ~1 W3 g8 x. m  w6 X-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
* f5 W* j4 Q1 _( J-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
8 [4 w$ f4 S0 u-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
9 {, ]- N6 C7 U6 z0 E* u; B+ U- A-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
: ?8 J6 E0 `8 w: w& I! }6 ^- c-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
  D- s2 o# g$ m6 ^" Y! d' u-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
% f' c6 @) s9 O6 ~% ]-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
: U. E; ^+ B9 |* H-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
