Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
5 W- _; m% t! B7 R, c$ F. i-Completion of a post-secondary education
: p( a+ u. g  D-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
, k* P5 t! s+ m8 h" _4 J8 l6 o-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
5 W; z1 H* s0 d& S4 u1 I; W  r-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
3 K, S" w9 r4 E, s, E1 K+ O2 U-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
3 _$ j0 g, p* I-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
