-Completion of a post-secondary education
8 {5 S' d5 n: u$ i-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
  _/ D; _! D+ E( @7 q" ~) A, D-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
) r: r7 V( Q% Q-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
$ ?" m7 G0 U' ^- u2 l-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
, v# _% l# z) M2 E4 @5 W3 n-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
% {3 v7 i& H5 S0 m9 E$ ^0 D% Z3 v( ^( r-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset

-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
