-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
$ E' w- c6 S4 V( ]-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
8 ]0 l8 L/ _# E1 t# r-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
6 @1 q# v: \8 A" E-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
4 e! ?5 ]' l, [4 {-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
. J) x, p3 h% ]( ?-Sales Experience is an asset
( l! x0 e+ W  I4 x9 ?-Fluent in English and Cantonese
3 d# N6 i0 O  V4 x-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
