% _* |* Y* V9 Q& }$ j( h1 A+ l-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
) z: S* z! ~3 O1 m* w5 G' z-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
5 p) h5 a& |9 m9 o. h. L/ _  \1 X-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
/ n3 m  C/ p6 A9 C9 z( S: U! E# }-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
' j+ i+ C0 K1 S8 m  e; L-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
5 P* m0 B# Z, _6 |7 x-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
! W4 a3 E9 {" g-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
/ t  @/ V+ H# ^-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
