Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
6 r, q; l: w+ {' b8 c-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
: o; |6 l: d& b2 Q' M+ y# ^-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
6 Y6 W7 p( x& x! E6 X2 [, A9 Z1 {: d-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
( g7 P# m  K8 p+ l/ K5 y-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
* J5 _" I% R! B' ?" t8 K-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
7 @. G% ^$ L. |, B-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
  w& I2 T/ x" J( J6 m* r-Sales Experience is an asset
4 d& ^3 D9 m/ {( }2 n6 j. Q/ g8 o' N-Fluent in English and Cantonese
, f3 D* a6 ?5 ]: w" M-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
