-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
! q* g3 H* _0 D! Z' }% o6 D) @6 U1 Z-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
, g: n" `! f8 ~* Y# f% ~-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
+ f  V2 W- A  C0 T& m, T* c-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
8 m( w9 q; t( V$ B6 O# a3 K2 f-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
0 x+ d: @# v4 C* ^, H! _; Q& U-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
& |$ x' x1 \( `9 I' a: h-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
4 q+ |: W- t* @. |( k8 z-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
