' I" C+ n* g; s5 u% w-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
$ [# w& G* l: d: U4 Z) u1 n! Q. c-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
% s1 |$ S7 z& m- k) W9 C1 A# l-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
- q) @$ P( |$ P-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- r$ _2 K! q! L0 g; C-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
" @5 _  J: ?, c" h& K. B  x-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
# {' Q& m9 S/ q' P' X-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
* f+ R8 j5 l4 R4 |* _; b-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
