; w8 A% T: q+ t: ]8 \-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
4 r6 g) V' H2 b" o8 k2 Z-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
; C( n2 V! D3 k. b# z1 C-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
% P$ I8 Z2 m( x) a  h- Z-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
: F! j+ A- U) r8 Z-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
