Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
6 }, Y! d% _0 j' N) k/ ?2 T* J3 F-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
  A! W& w% b- u7 E; ^-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- y6 l! i( ^  Y; W+ h-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
8 D  B1 ^( g! k0 n$ e4 \) h* f-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
9 E( P3 F4 K3 ^4 ~$ }-Sales Experience is an asset
# _; D0 y% N! x7 ]& S5 Z; U' o& @-Fluent in English and Cantonese
; _# c1 Q" g& ]& n7 Z0 x2 F; e-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
