& c6 F- w4 V& i+ Y- y  u-Completion of a post-secondary education
9 u- P$ c2 y% x" e: c5 o-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
- K7 n$ C9 e4 q& {-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
0 k2 \9 e$ s! l+ e-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
1 F/ G2 U5 v# F. D4 W4 f-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
* J& Q8 l& w2 K# K' y3 P" p) h-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
- z+ [+ L7 N7 H0 V( R-Fluent in English and Cantonese
