Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
7 C3 I3 U: N: v; A) Q$ o-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
' C6 o8 J# M# W4 `& ]- G+ g-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
% B. W& b" Q  N. @& y8 M-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
! l3 D) y$ S: K) m  F7 a. \-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
( _* E9 |& u4 K" J2 C2 O-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
9 C( z7 T3 N8 B-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
+ C! w. K- ^: X2 T* |% S-Sales Experience is an asset
$ J( F$ t- d8 v) ^2 h! D, F-Fluent in English and Cantonese
2 @% u* o& T4 p% l-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
