Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
5 ]& z: e$ g" i' w2 R0 ^! s-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

6 f2 P2 d5 A3 t% s7 A; W& b4 L-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
0 j8 `# E) A2 U1 h' N5 c-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
7 D% `' q$ \" Y. J3 @& J& @; ~-Sales Experience is an asset
. }8 H, O3 d$ X# H4 H3 r0 W-Fluent in English and Cantonese
; y+ Y4 O+ t- j' a2 K3 I-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
