! t) x$ q- Z, ?+ {' g& i2 |7 r-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
' B5 y' L& C5 w8 A9 I$ d-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
0 [2 y% L! d( P8 ^6 f-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
4 c4 k$ `7 p. B# s$ e# A0 y4 I-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
2 Y" z$ Z6 B! B+ K5 s" s$ U* @-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
4 w0 V& d  ^+ S# j8 C-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
