Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
1 R, f2 o" `: {, m7 A: Y- k: Z-Completion of a post-secondary education
; R; K- R9 u' r& T-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
2 |" a  U; v/ L# q3 Z) a/ B-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
: o6 X3 Q. t8 f+ G9 g9 M-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
* u- @9 G: b4 i0 P2 ?3 i7 _-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
: J4 G: v5 Y( s, u( w9 N9 `8 N-Sales Experience is an asset
" j* [7 {; I/ w# @! m6 p5 B" I- t-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
