-Completion of a post-secondary education

-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public8 X" @9 \# i. ~& C) H
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets: A$ _5 T& O2 P7 B' U5 f- p( r0 o
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.6 B- h( P& Z: c% f6 f6 }6 ?4 r3 Q
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy9 r$ @/ W2 f7 @
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.: S: T2 t; x( l0 n6 Q' q
