$ o% h% f  `, T7 C3 i-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
! e/ ]8 d1 x& v8 c( D  H% d" G: R-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
$ X  }; w$ f2 b-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
( A1 s/ V/ t) L-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
! G+ E; l0 T0 v0 u$ l. c-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
0 X$ q# f6 y  Q& k0 S- Y-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
) J& E) s3 ~" G) S2 J) L-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
; M" `( O, Q4 @, s. y# N0 b& F' h) v-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
: D/ K4 K4 K! a. \/ i& R0 L-Sales Experience is an asset
