-Completion of a post-secondary education
* e# P, H6 o5 a6 ^! C5 V7 Q& u9 t-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
$ Z0 Q7 e# h; [" \% A-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
# \; D/ c- U5 n, l4 I$ f1 G-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
$ a- T! @. y2 p9 D9 _6 A/ M-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
; n( o8 Z( W6 \# R+ ^, t' c# G-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
7 ?) G$ `6 Q0 {6 M6 n% }-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
8 r8 Z' O" r& v2 d$ n# ~7 E: {, a-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
+ B8 Y! t) E" U9 C-Sales Experience is an asset
2 E0 j9 B0 v0 K% M+ `$ K; u( m-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
