Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
, [9 o2 }4 }% D- f+ v8 S-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
: y! a; ?  I) s3 D-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
+ f( `2 H/ g2 ^# u; M% C-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
: V  h; ~" A( j6 i, U  p# g-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
1 x0 p, d. }0 Y' D$ J5 K-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
5 s- V* H- A# \3 Y6 H2 B-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
8 m5 t: ?) U4 J* X-Sales Experience is an asset
& a9 @* t/ \$ k* m! m-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
