Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
8 p6 M- d, C  n7 `  t-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
% G( ^0 x* e4 Z+ e/ j! Z" w: c-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
8 B. H- ]! p; X-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
1 v8 [& d8 r1 @; J! {0 W& f-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
0 ^  m7 F' f# v  W+ ?8 i/ J( X-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset

9 M0 o! z# i7 r4 j$ d, G7 V-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
