-Completion of a post-secondary education
) V! K3 I* e; ~* D5 ?4 C/ t-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC

9 `; V9 M, F* P" H) `-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
9 |6 A3 Y1 j2 T# W# @, x: M-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets7 }- {, T/ J& b) a, B
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.2 _& o& ~7 M! s2 |, h
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy/ d- p* [' V ^+ {+ w' I \7 m* L
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
