2 p7 f$ g5 j2 @2 ^/ R9 v0 S# Z* d-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
' K3 a2 b2 q2 h-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
3 B& X# V' m3 s3 t# N-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
8 d( \" J2 {, B' z( r-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
0 o0 U* Z% F4 ~* P1 \- ^-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
- P. w7 g+ T: e6 R! e) }-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
0 T  I5 l  M; @! _$ ~-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
) s0 X' H" Y- d& z! z9 ?-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
