" ?  R, @1 T; D# x& t: L-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
6 W$ d, m" a( u1 V  z-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
( c1 I+ M+ |4 \, `# i# x-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
/ v  W! x( e2 ^8 c% X3 @$ R+ L-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
" E& |$ x0 R) C: p-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
