, ?# F4 z, G/ e9 ]7 e# `% G-Completion of a post-secondary education
+ L; B, g& B( v+ N; n# @-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
3 j) [! q& }0 U2 Z" X-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
2 V" \8 J3 I, |3 T: `, X) @-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
* O# H& w# j8 k-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
' X/ v, d( l. E5 l& Q  G-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
- ]3 l& L1 L* K2 F1 ~; @) _-Sales Experience is an asset
# _6 }4 L" h4 n3 Y-Fluent in English and Cantonese
) ?4 O( c0 Y0 G* g% _9 f' k) j-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
